I love the new Alfredo melt! Arlene, Mariel and Al always make pickup a fun visit! I appreciate always being treated above and beyond! They recognize me every time I come in no matter how long it’s been!
Worse pizza hut that I have ever had. Pizza looks pretty but no taste at all and are undercooked. The boneless chicken is COLD!! The Google hour says they open till 11pm but the guy locked the door already when we picked up our order. The worst thing is after the all bad experience, NOBODY pick up our phone call to fix this even though we tried to call them THREE times! I would never go back again.
Awful customer service, was told they won't deliver to the base when every other pizza place does. When was told they don't deliver they hung up right away without giving me the option to change to pick up. Personally go with any other pizza place!
Way undercooked. Nice staff but 30 bucks to tempt fate with some barely cooked dough. No thanks.
Arlene was smiley and very helpful because I was unaware of the better price point by ordering the large and getting a medium at a discount. She also told me about refreshing my app, the daily specials and collecting points! Way to go, Pizza Hut Cold Lake!!!
Good service. They were very busy. We still had our food in a reasonable time. Kids friendly
They still advertise all you can eat on their website while also not offering dine in. The buffet is one of the only reasons this chain was ever a good dine in family restaurant.
It’s no secret that I love pizza! They have some great deals! And delicious pizza!
Arlyn is great. She is very friendly and helpful to the customers,
the employees were kind and soft spoken, they were so polite while i was ordering, especially Sheralyn, and Marielle.
