Horrible customer service, i called asking if they deliver to me about 13 min away they had to put me on hold several times, told me to repeat myself several times, were being very rude on the phone. and then decided to hangup on me without even answering my question or taking my order. 10/10 would not recommend.
HORRIBLE Service and mean staff Got my whole order wrong and ruined my birthday party. I am vegetarian and they put extra meat on all my pizzas when I didn't ask for it. Will not order here again, you guys are a joke. Do not spent your money here. You will be disappointed
OK.. so I'm waiting 40 min.im not sure what's going to happen. So cross fingers. Let's see. I'll be back for a true review. Thanks Hi, well I'm back. And I truly have to say that the was delish. It took about 25 min to deliver. It was hot, just the right crispy, and not undercooked, or over cooked.i did ask for extra cheese. That was it. Sold me on a true review. But only on this order. Thank you guys.it was awesome. We'll have to do this again. Going from a two to 5. If this was delivered to others, all review would look like this. Thanks again.
Placed an order around 8pm on Thursday and despite the website saying they were open, we never received our pizza and when we called around 930 we were met by the standard answering machine.
Took an hour and 10 minutes on an estimate of 20-40 mins, delivery guy parks at neighbour and walks across lawn. Food was not hot and one of them wasnt right. Not impressed with the service.
I’m giving this place 5 starts although I personally do not like the pizza at all..I don’t like the sauce to me it tastes a little acidic BUT my husband absolutely loves it..we all have different tastes and a place shouldn’t be penalized because my tastebuds are different. The most exciting part though..THE CREAMY GARLIC DIPPING SAUCE! In Ontario there is pizza pizza and they have an extremely specific dipping sauce that is sooo SOOOO rich and creamy and yummy..I’ve been insanely upset that they don’t have pizza pizza in Alberta BUT DING DING DING it’s the same dipping sauce company I guess or something either way I couldn’t be happier! I screamed and danced and jumped for joy when I discovered it! We order like 10 packs at a time now and store them..mmm yum I strongly recommend trying it!
August long 2021. My fiancè made an order while I went to timmies. Came back 5 mins later and he was visibly extremely frustrated still talking to the man about his order. He asked to get mushrooms on his pepperoni pizza and the guy acted confused and asked his female co-worker if they could do that. Which she said yes. Then he said he could choose either a pop, chips or dip. So he said 1 pop & 2 dips but then said he can't choose that it has to be 3 of the same. My fiancè was so frustrated by the experience. He went in to see if he could just buy a slice or two but the man told him he would have to buy it from the gas station part connected to the building. Another frustrating thing... On top of it we asked for boneless wings and they gave us ones with bones. The guy who works there is a meat head and shouldn't deal with customers. Pizza and wings were good though. Customer service was terrible.
It would not let me give ZERO stars, I tried. Worst service Ever. The pizza was 1.5 hours, cold, crushed and stuck to the box. I am not picky, but the pizza was completely destroyed. I called to return the pizza for refund or replacement, They offered a credit for less than half the order $22 of $55 spent. The customer service was so bad, they were rude, interruptive and disrespectful. I will not ever order from them again, not because the pizza was ruined, that happens, because of how bad we were treated after.
I'm really quite disappointed. We have been ordering pretty much the same order every week since they opened here in Cold Lake. They get it right about 25% of the time. Unless I check it before I leave the store, it would be 100% wrong. Last night, no surprise. NOT a thin crust, no sauce or tomatoes on a Donair pizza. I'm pretty much done here. At least I can get Domino's to deliver the right order to my "way out of town" rural address. It's worth the extra tip so I don't spent nearly 30 minutes of round-trip driving only to have to repeat it when it's wrong.
I just picked up a well deserved hot pizza, a treat to myself, after a long work week . It's one of the best pizzas I have ever had, and so affordable. Thank you Cold Lake Pizza 73 ladies for making my day better!
