Ordered veggie pizza with Alfredo sauce but they made an error and they made me one with pizza sauce. Went there back and they made me a new one without any hassle. Would definitely go back there but next time I am checking it right there and then. Overall good service and good pizza.
Good food. My client loves pizza hut and so happy there is a place closer now instead of having to drive to Burlington. The staff are nice. Quick to fix issues. Wish the upper James pizza hut was as good as the guys. Keep up the good work water down pizza hut. <3

This review is for pizza pizza not for any particular store… the gluten free crust they made is so hard, I don’t know how one can eat that…! And its so thin like eating cheese and sauce on a paper!
As far as I’m concerned, this is the only place to get a BBQ Chicken pizza. Try one!!
Ordered the veggie specialty pizza with brownie cookie. As usual amazing taste and mouth watering melting taste. Staff was nice and friendly, store was clean and it was a quick take out experience.
Aweful, do not buy! the Margherita pizza is only cheese and tomatoes, no basil or garlic. the wings are over fried and super dry. Our Hawaiian seemed like it was deep fried and 3 pieces of pineapple were sprinkled on top. We spent over $50 for two medium pizzas and terrible wings. They also forgot to give us the sauce for the wings. It felt like I was eating fried bread, a ton of dough and some cheese, very little sauce and zero flavour. I would give it a -2 but that’s not an option. There are other pizza places in the area for a fraction of the price that actually taste like pizza, not fried bread with cheese.
The customer service tonight was horrendous-I stood at counter for 10 mins waiting for my pizza and not one person acknowledged I was there. The women making the pizza finally came over but that was only to speak to the person behind me who was waiting. It would be fine I get people are busy but one worker just stood there the entire time doing nothing and when I finally asked for my pizza he said “can you wait” I ordered two large pizzas for my daughter and her friends and they were cold by time I got home. At the bare minimum it would have been nice if someone just acknowledged I was there. We order from there all the time but we’’ll be ordering from somewhere else from now on!!
There isn't really a high bar to have half decent service. Apparently this location took it as a challenge to be the absolute worst in every way possibly. Rude service. See other reviews to see this isn't an isolated situation. Don't believe me ? Just call and try and talk to anyone there for any reason. Burnt food. Happens sadly too often. Chicken wings in what I can only describe as drowning in a hot sauce soup. Missing food items. Again something that happens more. I swear they take turns just seeing how much they can mess up the most. I used to say that I'd return because it's the only one in town but I'd rather spend the time driving to Burlington to assure the basics of getting my order right and not dealing with the staff here. Harsh? Yes absolutely but I really mean it. It's just not worth thinking maybe next time they'll get it right.
I had never thought I'd ever rate a Pizza Hut less than 4 stars but I'll be honest - it deserves a 2 here. 1 for its good customer service and other for being in Waterdown. Now lets talk about the other 3 missing stars here: Food quality, taste and value for money. Fresh pizzas no doubt but extremely tiny wings. Pizza sauce can be made better, it tastes sour and absolutely no difference in taste between any of the gourmet pizzas I tried ordered veggie, grilled chicken and margherita. Plus, the dough is too greasy for my liking. At the end of the meal, it felt like I just had a fried meal. Definitely expensive compares to direct competitors in the area. Sorry to say but not giving another go anytime soon. 2/5 stars for me.
