Inedible. Spinach Mushroom Bake. I've had it before from this location take out and it was perfect. This time also take out it was awful. July 3. I immediately filled out their feedback form, supposed to hear from them within 2 business days. Long weekend notwithstanding - this is the 4th business day & not a word.... There was no cream sauce. The liquid was more like pasta water. You can see in the photos the pasta is bare. I'm no chef, but isn't the pasta supposed to be coated with the sauce? The cheese was gloppy and the spinach was too wilted to have been freshly baked. The mushrooms were ok.
They were absolutely amazing. I wish i got the waitresses name but she went above and beyond with helping my girlfriend with her proposal to me with our dessert. The fact they took time to do this especially with how busy they were with the superbowl is incredible. I'll never forget it. Thank you to all the staff.Food: 5/5
Really great lunch. Try the Angry Orchard Hard Apple Cider. The personal pizza was extremely good and rapid. The dough was fresh made and was crisp on the outside while still tender inside. The toppings were top notch, fresh and awesome. The pizza came quickly and the waitresses were happy prompt and attentive. I really recommend this Boston Pizza. It seems to be a step above others. Thank you for the great lunch.
The food was great. But the service was very slow. The waitress never came back to check on us after her first check. We were all out drinks and had to ask her for bill while I was up looking for her. We most likely will never be back at location as it was a fluke we stopped there.
Food was typical BP food. Place was crazy busy with a hockey tournament but they managed to keep things running pretty smoothly. Was impressed with the kitchen keeping things coming out as fast as they did. Waitress did well even with all the yelling kids in the place. A 4/5 star experience!Food: 4/5
The food is always good and the service is spot on. The atmosphere is nice. Plenty of choices to pick from and the food comes pretty quick. I highly recommend it for a night out. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids activity booklet and special drinks and meals to choose from.
I recently dined at Boston Pizza and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The pizza was undercooked and bland, lacking any real flavor. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. The atmosphere was dirty and in need of a serious cleaning. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning.
Once again we were served cold food. In fairness this time, once the bill was presented and I pointed out that a portion of our food should have been removed from the bill, they went above and beyond. Left us with a not as negative experience.Food: 3/5
Last night was AMAZING!!! We finished running the Tough Mudder down the road at Christie Lake park and came to Boston Pizza for some well deserved refuelling! It was pretty busy and we still got a table right away! The staff was on point and at the top of their game friendly! Water was brought at the snap of a finger and they returned multiple times throughout the stay to make sure we were taken care of! Now let me tell you bout the pizza!!! WOW! The TROPICAL CHICKEN was straight Soooooo delicious and satisfying! A little kick but nothing crazy! My friend had the pasta and couldn’t be happier! There was even some live entertainment going on, on the patio! The washrooms were surprisingly clean for the amount of people coming in from the race! Good job guys! Keep up the GREAT work!!!
