The take-out service was normal; ok but this was the worst pizzas I've ever had. Super thin, cheese texture was like rubber, maybe 6 pieces of pineapple few pieces of ham; basically a cheese pizza. So was the second one that was suppose to be some type of special as seen in picture. The $5 frozen pizzas from grocery stores taste way better than this. We will never go back.
No longer offer dine in at all. For some reason this is the only pizza hut in all of canada that i have to tell to put toppings on top of the cheese. Doesnt matter to me about how you feel where toppings go, but there is consistency expected from chain restaurants. That being said the pizza is greasy delicious pizza hut and the staff is nice. *update* ehhh i just wont be eating here anymore. They still put the toppings under the cheese. The last pizza i got had roasted garlic as a topping and i dont know what theyre thinking, but handfuls of what tasted like raw garlic under the cheese is inedible.
I’m a huge Pizza Hut fan, always have been. I’ve eaten at express locations and dine in restaurants back before Covid… never have I ever been so disgusted with the food and lack of sanitary measures as I was last week at this location. My bill was incorrect, the two women working didn’t have masks or gloves, the pizza was raw and literally dough. When I expressed concern in hopes I could get a new pizza the woman working sat down and said they are turning the oven off so I’d have to just deal with it. Do yourself a favour and go to Dominos.
ABSOLUTE DUMP. How this place is still allowed to operate is beyond me. Disgusting, inside is dilapidated and absolutely FILTHY. Food was half cooked and gave 5 out of 7 of us bad stomachs. PLEASE PLEASE CLOSE THIS DUMO DOWN
The evening I went was very busy; so understandably food and service was slower than the norm. Food was excellent and our waiter was literally running trying to keep up! He did the best he could and was very polite and gracious! Even pointed out a survey on the receipt that if we did prior to paying we could get a discount! Overall, very positive experience and great pizza! P.S. Batherooms could be warmer! LOL
Bad customer service, extremely long wait times. And they don't even pick up the phone most of the time. Compared to other pizza huts in canada, definitely the worst!
We used to go to Pizza Hut quite a bit to eat in. For some reason the dine-in is closed only pick up or delivery which is not very smart. The current owners are letting the outside of the building dilapidate so it looks quite unpleasant. Needs some attention from the owner and open up the dining room for heaven sake
I always get fast, friendly service from the staff here. Their online "pizza of the day" is really good value for your dollar.
Delivery was half an hour late, because of traffic? On a Sunday evening? In Steinbach? Is you're going to lie, make it believable. Also might've been dodging my calls
This is by far the worst experience and the worst product I've ever had in my life. The pizza was burnt, the service was a joke, nobody really knew what they were doing, the floor looked and felt like it hadn't been mopped in three years, and to top it off, the payment machine dared ask for a tip!
