We came by Sunday for dinner, there was a family ahead of us, no one was at the reception area. It took about a couple of minutes for someone to greet us and another minute to seat us. Overall all a steady flow, not very busy on a Sunday night. Service was ok, food came quickly, we're happy since we were in a rush. Food was good, we like the Meateor spicy pizza . Bathrooms could use frequent maintenance, soap bottles are almost empty. Soap dispenser not working, did not see hand sanitizer. Kid-friendliness: Have a menu for kids, toy chest available for kids.
Good thing we made reservations! Place was full Friday Dec 9th 530pm. Food and server, top notch! Great atmosphere, and the restaurant was a buzz. You could even hear the music over the noise of all the people talking. Definitely go here again.Food: 5/5
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to even approach our table to take a drinks order, never mind a food order. Had to remind the waitress 15 minutes later that we still hadn’t received our drink let alone a food order. 10 minutes later I got my drink, they were out of what my husband ordered. She finally took our food order. 25 minutes later our food finally arrived. My order was wrong so had to send it back. My husband started on his meal and it was stone cold. Finally the manager came out 15 minutes later with my meal but by then I was furious and told him to forget it. He just stood back without one word of an apology and let us walk out. Will NOT be going back. Ridiculous!,
A couple days ago my husband picked up our take out order. Mine was the pasta dish Parmesan Shrimp Alfredo and it was the first time but not the last. It was the best pasta dish I have ever had and I can't wait to go back. I'm thinking tomorrow. My husband always has the Meateor pizza and loves it. Well done Boston Pizza. Service was great.
The restaurant was empty and the table we were seated at was dirty. The server said "oh, I thought that was from you" when asked to wipe the table off; we had literally just sat down and didn't have drinks yet. The server forgot about one drink and advised us that 1 meal was ready but still waiting on the other we ordered the same dish, so one sat under the heat lamp for how long? Once our food came, a side was missing and when asked about it, the server said "I didn't think you'd want it due to dietary reasons". Although I appreciate the concern, no one asked or offered an alternative. The food was not very tasty, we ordered pasta tossed with garlic and olive oil, and various vegetable toppings one of the new menu items. One came out with different vegetables than the other and both were tasteless in respect the menu describing the garlic flavor. The price, almost $19, was ridiculous for what you received both in quality and quantity. I can honestly say I will not go back to this BP.
If you want a cheap pasta lunch that is actually really good, hit up the tuesday pasta lunch. Great price for the food. The only downside is you might wait to pick up for a while. The staff don't come to the front desk very often. I weighted about 15 min before anyone even noticed I was there. By that point there were 5 people waiting. Parking: Good parking. No walk really Wheelchair accessibility: Yup. All ground level and sloped entry way.
We went for supper today at Boston Pizza in the lounge. Fiona L. served us and I must say, her service was 5 stars! She was so friendly. Her suggestions where spot on. She deserves a raise! Please tell her she's done an amazing job!
Five of us came for a birthday supper. They sat us at a four seat both and we couldn’t fit there. So we had to wait for someone to come and asked if we could be moved. Then we placed our order. They had forgotten about one of our dishes. Plus they made a mistake on our nachos. Had an allergy to peppers. It came out with peppers. So when we told them that, they made us a new one with less toppings, the nachos we ordered with extra cheese and the second one didn’t come with the extra cheese I ordered. And the waitress never came back till it was time to pay for the bill. So we paid for the bill and then realize she end up charging us for both nachos, but we were already in the car when we looked at the bill. So we just left, will never go back. Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from Kid-friendliness: Okay for kids. Parking: Lots Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
We have been to this location quite a few times. This by far was the worst experience yet. Food was late, cold , and came out of the kitchen sporadically so we all had to eat alone. Brought it up to the server and she didn't really seem to care. But we did get a little off the bill. BTW the restaurant was empty. I could go on and on about how bad it actually was, but really no point. We will not be going back there for quite some time.
Five of us were there for dinner last Saturday and when we looked around the restaurant we noticed we were not the only patrons wearing parkas. We asked the server who then sent over the manager who could not give us an answer on the heat. He was dumbfounded. The server was not too bright either and she could not handle the tasks that she was hired to do. Very poor service. However the food was fine.
