Have ordered from this location a few times - extremely disappointed today. We got home and our pizza looked like someone forgot to put cheese and toppings. This looked more like a tomato pizza. After calling Pizza Hut to see how they could rectify the issue - we were told this service location would not exchange the pizza because we had checked it upon purchase which we did not. The customer service center then offered $5 back for a $15 pizza and were then hung up on by the service manager. Would give 0 stars for their customer service if I could.
Staff was okay. Put in my order for a pizza, waited about 15 minutes, not too bad. Place seemed clean. Pizza was lacking on the sauce, rest was fine. Marinara sauce sides tasted off so didn't take any chance and discarded it. Probably won't go back unless we're specifically craving pizza hut. Better elsewhere.
Not my type of pizza, though my son enjoyed it. We ordered Meat Lovers Pizza and also a Supreme Pizza, both with stuffed cheese in the crust. I found that they over cooked the pizzas, barely any pizza sauce and they both tasted the same to me. Maybe my taste buds were off this day, I was hoping maybe, just maybe they would be OK.
I was craving a pan pizza, because I haven't had one in years and they definitely delivered! Seems that I forgot they existed for a while until they opened this new branch and the pizza and breadsticks were just as good as I remember. I've ordered twice now online for as soon as possible once after 9 pm and once on Christmas around 5-6 pm for pick up and both times they were ready for pick up as soon as I got there. Quick and friendly service and fresh pizza. Will be ordering from them again soon.
I went online to order for delivery. I put my address, chooses que closest pizza hut then proceed to order, even clicking as soon as possible on delivery time. The order confirmation I receive is for a take-out order. The website says to change or cancel I need to call. I called 7 times without anyone answering. Either update the website to fonction properly or at least answer the phone. The 1 star rating isn't about the food quality but a terrible customer experience that made me order from a competitor instead.
The worst ever experience in my life! We invited one of our daughter's friend to join us at pizza Haute and I ordered one large and one medium pizza. After getting the order, I asked for ketchup and napkins for my kids. The lady just gave me 4 small ketchups and a few napkins. She also refused to give me more because of their policies! I ended up buying the ketchup from the nearest Couche Tard and bringing my tissue box from the car. I am not recommending this store to anyone at all.
If I could give zero stars that is what this shop would get. My first time ordering from Pizza Hut and the last time. I ordered online and my order was confirmed for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes from the time of ordering. One hour later and still no pizza I call to see what's going on - I'm told that they had no driver and the manager was on his way - a lie!! Twenty minutes after my call a driver showed up with my order and it was COLD!!! I called again to complain and this time was told that they don't deliver after 5:00 pm - so why was my order accepted? The store should have called and explained - instead I paid big bucks for cold pizza. Not impressed and will be writing to Head Office - this is not what people expect from Pizza Hut!!!
So I ordered pizza from the pizza hut in ddo, st johns blvd corner of westminster. We ordered one large pepperoni and one large vegie. me I'm not a meat eater for over 30yrs now in the photos below you can clearly see a piece of sausage was baked into the piece I grabbed. Eating meat or anything meat flavor does not sit well with my system, I spoke to a supervisor and she told me I can have a $5 coupon for my next order, first off I will never eat from there again and what the hell is 5$ on a $80 order. Very bad customer service
We ordered 2 pizzas, and they gave us just 2 ketchup and 4 napkin and refused to give us more !!!!for 3 kids and 2 adults,1 large pizza and 1 medium !!!!! It's unbelievable!!!!!Food: 4/5
Service is good here. Ordered 4 or 5 times in the last year and they never messed an order. This place may get busy so you may have to wait a little longer. Parking: Parking is shared with the mall.
