The only good part about this pizza was the person who delivered it! She was the nicest person. Pizza was burnt. Wings didn’t even have sauce on them. Called and customer service was a girl training when I asked for manger she said no manger was there today.

June 29th stop in to order Pizza between 11–11:30 am for delivery at 8 :pm . pizza here at 8 Pizza was not in a heat pouch ,cold one side burnt one side mushy on the bottom ! I called and manager and she could not find my order??? And there was nothing she could do.We used a gift card, it really should have been easy to follow up on !! Shame on Pizza Hut !! Never again !!! it’s in the trash!!! Will let Head Office know tomorrow!!

Got a pizza the other day, guy that made its name was Hodge or something like that. Anyways that was the most scrumshus pizza I've ever had the pleasure of eating, I would like to thank pizza hut for hiring such an amazing pizza artist. 10/10 would eat again.
Wow. Where do I begin with a masterwork such as Pizza Hut in Strathroy? There are countless customization opportunities to make a pizza truly unique. The online order system is complex. This sounds like a bad thing; however the magnificent online and telephone ordering system allows the mechanics of ordering pizza to easily be learned, and mastered, allowing for a dining experience that is extremely pleasant. The visual demonstration of each item on the menu, which are perfectly composed as described and lore friendly to the Pizza Hut official menu, outside of being a simple pizza or related meal item. That's not all the store gives you in visuals however, the brilliantly crafted pickup area is perfectly chosen for the type of dining experience a person might expect from such an establishment, and doesn't merely fit, but improves the overall sensory experience a person might have in it's mere presence. The music that the location blesses upon your ears gives you a wonderful array that is composed specifically to each employee working there, and fits each of their personalities giving a visiting customer a comforting gaze into the local culture of Strathroy. As for the verbal presentation, it would be a mercy to George R. R. Martin himself to say that the elegantly composed and friendly employees passed down to you in this Pizza Hut location, are on par with A Song of Ice and Fire. The employees that staff this fine establishment, who create the environment that you read about, are beautiful in their own right however, the people themselves, are on an entirely new plane of existence. The diversity of each individual's ability to serve the customer is not only shown in the cultures and nationalities, but also in their personalities. You really understand each Pizza Hut employee as an individual, through beautiful and expertly done greetings, and the warm conversations that are shared for each employee, which are a show of genius. You can really feel the effort that each pizzaria operator gives, which is why I knew that I must give that same amount of effort and give an S rank for every single one. You will understand what I mean when you order from this Mona Lisa of an eatery. There is no order-to-dine experience available to mortals, that comes near to Pizza Hut in Strathroy. Not only do I recommend this location wholeheartedly. It would be a disservice and a crime to yourself, if you did not enjoy this Pizza Hut location's dining options at least once.
Easy to order online, quick delivery, very fresh pizza that arrived nice and warm still. Would order from here again, thanks! Note: delivery system has accurate, live tracking too, pretty cool.
never ordering from here again, waited 4 hours for a cold pizza to arrive at my door. i got lied to multiple times on the phone of when my order would be here, it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable. cant even get a refund, i’m told to call back another time. waste of my families time.
Ordered a Pizza at 10:07pm and was told the estimated wait would be 29 minutes. Alright that's reasonable. I now am awake at 1:15am still waiting for my pizza after nearly giving up hope because the pizza tracker decided to start randomly updating at midnight an hour after close. So now I have to wait to see if I actually end up getting what I ordered as a fun little thing to do when I have to work in the morning. Ordering from here is like rolling a dice where rolling a 1 to a 5 gives you a yummy meal and a 6 gives you nothing but an empty feeling inside.
Ordered a few weeks after they opened. Used the online ordering. I was shocked when it said it would be ready in 2 hours! After 40 min I drove by to see if it was ready and see if that was accurate.. yep they were very busy. Oook came back at the 2 hour mark. Our pizza looked like it was sitting in their warmer for an hour! So chewy and hard to bite off. I wouldn't feed it to a dog it was so tough. Same with the garlic bread. Awful. Toppings were thrown on and flavour was nothing to write home about. I completed an online email survey about my experience and heard nothing back.... Even when domino's is busy, it doesn't take 2 hours. I was in no rush that evening anyways but given the quality of the pizza anyways, domino's has my future business!
