Not sure I've been treated so poorly as a customer before by someone claiming to be the owner. I placed an order for pick-up this evening, arrived after the estimated time. Paid. Was told after payment it was forgotten about, so I requested a refund - didnt seem timing was going to work out. The female supervisor appeared to be having a rough night. With an unprovoked harsh tone, she barked at me that pick up times are not guaranteed - hi to you too, and got it, but my order was apparently forgotton and I wanted to keep my time. I barely overheard from a staff to her a later on that the pizza was accidentally burned. Could've just told me that. She appeared flustered trying to figure out the refund, I tried to give her space and felt a bit uncomfortable. Upon returning, her agitation seemed to remain. She raised her voice at me, complained to me of all her responsibilities this evening, and indicated that in all her years of customer service "I've never had this happen before." I did ask her not to speak to me that way while retaining a neutral tone more than once, but she persisted. It says something when the other workers are trying to calmly suggest to her ways to resolve a simple refund. I eventually got my refund, and was offered the pizza anyway since the refund took that long to figure out. I reluctantly accepted since my time was wasted and I was subjected to unnecessary confrontation. Didn't need to be a big deal. The pizza was a bit sub-par from what I recalled in previous orders, unfortunately. I was a fan of this place, but after this experience I think it's best for us to just steer clear. Not worth it. That was too much. Lost us as customers. Likely some friends and family as well.
Best pizza and wings in strathroy by far! Plenty of toppings, workers were friendly and order was done within 15 mins. Plenty of fresh toppings. I'll definitely be back!Food: 5/5
Legendary?? The most horrendous pizza I have ever tasted. Save your $ and buy Delissio from the grocery store, it tastes better and is probably a higher quality.
I waited for close to an hour for boneless wings and garlic bread sitting in my car. Owner said they could bring it out to me, saw the cashier say something to the one girl about 45, min into the wait and the both looked out at my car. Got order about 15 min after that. Not impressedFood: 4/5
Medium delux. Pickup. Seemed as tho it was pricey but it literally has twice as much toppings and cheese. It was great; intense and somehow not greasy despite all the cheese and meat. Well worth it. Easily fills 3-4 people. Mind you can get lotsa bread and half the toppings elsewhere if that’s your thing. We will be back for the loads of toppings… Also they baked it extra as per our request.
Panzerottis were great. Delivery is by doordash however, so won't be doing that ever again. I don't mind having my order left out front for social distancing purposes but what is the point of phoning me to come retrieve the order from the driver's car across the street from my home? It's delivery, not drive by!
Always go here for panzerottis, a good size portion and always freshly made, got our order slightly wrong last time but still a great placeFood: 4/5
I loved this place 20 years ago, no I moved back and have ordered twice. The first time my pizza sub bun was burnt, the fries were amazing. The second time I have my info and asked to order the something The order was repeated to me and I agreed that was the last order. He quoted me 18 and change, same as last time. But this time when I paid I was told it was 21 something.. when I called I was told "I dunno what happened, it should have been the same" if the price changes everytime I order I won't be ordering again. I personally knew Andy before he passed away and grew up with his daughters. Andrea was a good friend of mine. This business needs to make the same standards as the legends himself and stick with it. This place can be great again.
I've ordered from these guys at 3 locations...mtbridges is my favorite. But....I ordered Friday in strathroy and left a message stating there was a problem and no one has yet messaged me in any way. 2 pizzas...1 was Hawaiian...how in the world could you screw up and it was burnt and bare naked almost....2nd was xlarge but looked like a large...Italian sausage mushrooms green peppers and o onions....x cheese but was also NAKED....for almost $60 I would have liked a return call. Guy taking messages must be new...he had no idea what he was doing. Totally disappointed.
This Strathroy staple always makes fresh and delicious pizza and is our go to. However, the last few times we have ordered and had our food delivered, items such as the salad are missing. That being said, upon calling they apologize and immediately send out the missing items. All being said, i still gladly order from here because their pizza cant be beat in Strathroy.
