Very inconsistent. If you catch them on a good day and they answer the phone the pizza is quick and fresh. Last time I called I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust and recieved a Hawaiian. I called to inform them of the mishap to have the worker argue and tell me I ordered Hawaiian. I told him I've never eaten a Hawaiian pizza in my life and dont plan too. He preceded to tell me that I ordered one last time and ordered it again?!?! Do yourself a favor and call another pizza place.
I really wish I didn't have to share this kind of review. Firstly, I entered this store and I was very surprised that the gentleman that helped me at 6pm was not wearing a mask. Not only was he just helping at the till, but he went over to box my pizza and did not wash his hands in between. The business clearly indicates on their door I am required to wear a mask and is mandated by the government right now, therefore shouldn't you be? Second, I ordered 4 pizzas. When we arrived home to eat dinner, we realized that our Triple Crown did not have pepperoni on it Really Pizza Hut?? ON TOP OF THIS, I called to advise what happened. I got put through to the call center because the store was not answering and got transferred back to the store. After waiting OVER ONE HOUR on hold, I finally had to hang up to put my child to bed. You can imagine how I started the call at a level 1 and my temperature rose to a 10 after an hour. I cannot even leave a message for someone to call me back? If I didn't live a 40 minute return drive from this store, I would have driven back.
When you get utensils and they actually have stock to make pasta or anything else you may want it's good The app craps out around once every month sometimes for a month or more at a time not allowing you to generate and/or use said pointsFood: 3/5

I ordered by phone but the guys who attended me was so rude and not nice. He yelled at me on the phone, he was rushing me a lot. The pizza is good, but the service of this guy on the phone is very bad for the business.
I waited for 15 minutes and finally hung up, I called again and everything from the beginning, address, mobile phone number, catastrophe, unprofessional people

Pizza is literally always late. Tonight was a whole 40 minutes! You can tell the pizza was made at least 30 minutes ago. It's cold and soggy. I 100% do NOT recommend this restaurant. At least not for delivery.
Just not a fan of the food in general. The the businesses fault theres just better options. Really dont think you need to spray grease on pizza but thats just me.
This is the 2nd time ordering pizza and they couldn't get the order right AGAIN!!! We thought maybe it was just an accident the first time. Doesn't look that way! Will not be going back.
