While in town from Edmonton of course I'm going to try pizza from every pie joint in town. And as usual Domino's hits the spot. Order online for their coupons. Had pepperoni fest with easy on the tomato sauce. Cheap with the deal and delicious with some pizza 73 golden crispy wings.
Using this location for the past 10 years, ordered pizza on Saturday,. Price was outrageous, and the food was terrible, never again. They seem to charge you what they think they can get away with
Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the delivery guy won't come to my door? He makes me bend over and grab my food off my deck? He purposely walks off my sidewalk goes onto my grass and delivers my food from there rather than walking up my 4 steps to my door...?
I've always received amazing service here and love their pizza. One of the best mobile ordering experiences available in Camrose and they always have great deals in the app.
This place has gotten progressively worse over the years. The pizza we ordered came burnt this time and I was a little disappointed that they replaced the 50% off student deal with a buy one get one free deal. It seems fairly insignificant but when you're a student and you just want one pizza to get you through the night, their original deal was perfect for that.
Service was good, the gentlemen there was awesome, making conversation and amusing our infant. However, no matter where I go when someone starts doing food prep while holding their cell phone and speaking a language the customers dining dont understand not only am I now worried about food contamination but I'm also feeling left out because for all I know, I'm being talking about. 5 stars to the gentleman though.
It says specifically on their website that if I order at any time before the store closes then they will still deliver. It closed at 12:00am and I received my confirmation email for my order at 11:43pm. The email said my pizza was being delivered. It is now currently 12:43am. The estimated delivery time said 14-24 minutes. So I tried calling to see if my pizza is on it's way and of course they ignored my order and closed down the store so it went to voicemail. They haven't updated their voicemail since the Christmas season saying that their hours changed because of the holiday's. Who knows how many Christmas's ago that might have been? Then it didn't even give me the option to leave a voicemail. What a terrible Domino's. Customer service is trash. Live up to what you promise on your website. Okay... It is now the next day after I left this review. I called earlier to make sure they were there around 10:00pm and I ensured that they were indeed open until 12. First off, the girl who answered the phone hardly spoke English and she left me on hold for about 2 minutes. Then I told her my situation that happened last night and she obviously did not know what to say. So she asked if I wanted to order... And I said, "No, I just want an explanation for why I didn't get my pizza last night." And she didn't have an explanation so finally she offered me a free pizza. I accepted the offer and added that I would pay for a second one. Then I asked about the 50% student discount and she said because they are offering me a free pizza she couldn't do the discount. I told her that that didn't make up for my failed order at all. Then she said she would call her manager and call me back. 20 minutes went by... She didn't call back. So I called again. NO ANSWER. I called again, and the poor delivery boy answered this time and he was also useless but he did give me an explanation why I didn't get my pizza. He said that the assistant manager and the manager closed last night and he said that they just do whatever they want. Domino's, if you are reading this, your managers and employees in Camrose, AB are garbage. Absolutely trash customer service.

The online ordering tool was quick and easy, The pizza is great and the delivery driver was very pleasant. All in all a great experience!
