Dropped in and made order in store for takeout. Quick service, sat in restaurant and waited 20 minutes. Gave me hot pizza to take home. Stuffed crust family loves. My melt with all meat and Jalapeños was great!
Car side delivery is a joke, pizza hut should take a page out of domino's book. If you plan on getting it to go, might as well go into the store before you waste your life away waiting on someone to bring it out to you.
Didn't think the pizza hut in Selah could get worse. Ordered a melt and wings tonight for delivery. They exported the delivery to a random door dash driver that couldn't find my house. I waited outside for 20 minutes after the text saying it was here before this person who didn't speak English handed me my by then very cold food. Nothing like having to microwave my food. Why am I paying a $5 delivery fee for cold food from someone that wouldn't answer their phone . Vary dissatisfied.
The new Melt menu item was super delicious! Keep it and the Detroit-Style pizza.... and make them PERMANENT menu items! Stop with the "limited time only" nonsense! It's infuriating, and makes me want to give my take-out pizza chain business to your competitors. Knock it off! Oh... and GREAT item! Highly recommend. Permanent. P.S. -- Marketing personnel at big companies like yours can't find their own a$$e$ with both hands, a map and a wide angle camera!
me and my family went there 2 months ago employee was rude and said they were out of everything so we went the one on 40th ave and we told the person working at the counter he said thats funny i was just there and they were fully stocked funny thing is he was a general manager wont be back the one on 40th is highly recommended clean great service and always mostly no crowds and a salad bar
10/21/2021 4 Stars Got only bread sticks. Tasted great. However, it did take 25 minutes.
I’ve had issues with the app. Late deliveries which I understand but today I ordered through app and used my rewards to buy bread sticks and an extra marinara sauce. I couldn’t even eat the bread sticks because both sauces were SOUR! Absolutely disgusting.
They didn't cut our pizza at all. It was completely whole. We had ordered black olives on 1/2 and pineapple on 1/2 they put about 12 pieces of pineapple tidbits on one 1/2 and smothered the whole pizza in black olives. Yuk...couldn't even pick enough of them off to get rid of that nasty flavor.
I ordered wings and cinnamon sticks, however the sticks were not completely cooked. While I appreciate the desire to get food to the consumer quickly I do believe it should be completely cooked. Delivery person left an oil mark in my driveway which I was able take care of only because I noticed it while putting my garbage out for collection. It might be good to have employees check their vehicles before they pull into a new build driveway or have them park on the street while delivering. I am 65 y.o. and getting down on my hands and knees isn’t as easy as it used to be
Was weird to have boxes up pizza delivered to your table when eating in the restaurant.
