4/29/2022 5 Stars I really enjoy the app and free offers. The ability to order on the app and just have it delivered to your side table is nice. I see the staff veining all the time - especially in the kids area. 10/06/2021 5 Stars One thing for sure, McDonald's serves a consistent product at a good price. I like the kiosk and app for ordering because it allows me to customize my food. Extra this - less that - add something that normally is not even on an item - etc. The facility inside & out is always clean and well cared for. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The rewards and specials, only available to app users, offers many of my favorites at excellent discounts.
Every single time I go to this restaurant I get the WORST customer service. It is a 50/50 chance they will forget something in my order. They never apologize for forgetting. I haaaaate this restaurant. Only go to it for convenience. Do better McDonalds.
The alarms from the kitchen area are constantly beeping and seemingly ignored. They are loud so it is difficult to carry on a conversation in the dining area. Food is over priced for what it is.I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich without pickles and it was nothing more than a luke warm triangular shaped piece of chicken on a dry bun.Food: 3/5
Went in for 2 Icecreams and a large fry. The tables were all dirty, food on the floors under the tables, messy messy. 11 minutes after we ordered we didn't get our 3 item order. Went up to ask where our order was, they claimed it wasn't on their screen.... they gave us what was ordered. Total wait time 15 min for 2 icecreams and a large fry...
Not a fan of McDonald's but this one is by far has the best customer service. Nice people that work there.Food: 3/5
The manager Chris collins spit in my food and apologized once I confronted him. Will never recommend eating here again!!
It's a good place to get a quick bite to eat, very friendly service restrooms are wheelchair accessible which I can always appreciate me being in one and all .Food: 5/5
Very clean, service was great. They actually bring the food out to your table rather than yelling numbers from the counter. The play area was awesome. Very vertical, so geared towards the older kids. My 6 year old loved it. They do have lower areas that are good for smaller kids.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Without fail anytime you go through you will get your order wrong. Horrible service, lazy & fries are always cold without fail. The food should be free it's so bad.
I stopped by here for a quick cup of coffee. There were no other people in line in the lobby, but I still had to wait a bit to order. At one point someone in the back told me to order at the kiosk. After finally getting my coffee and sitting down, I saw that most of the tables were dirty and the floor needed to be swept. It looked like someone took a dirty rag and gave each table a quick swipe with it. There were also several flies in the lobby. I'll skip this McDonald's in the future.
