Not much to say here. It's Pizza Hut. Food was prepared quickly, hot, correctly. Only thing I would say is that the menu is slightly reduced compared to a dine-in Hut, but I suspect that's true of all their takeaway-only sites. So no GOAT for us. But very happy with the usual Pizza Hut quality.  Vegetarian options: Menu online has a filter to be shown vegetarian dishes only, a great feature

Told the order would be 45 mins. Rang after an hour and a half and they said they're busy, they were just going to start making it then. If they said it would be over 2 hours we wouldn't have ordered it. Asked if there is anything they could do for me he said no.  Won't go again and I've been going here for years!! This is your mess.

Whenever we come to Scarborough we get pizza hut this time it really disappointed the pizzas were awful full of grease and so chewy usually so nice fluffy but not this time very dissatisfiedFood: 2/5

Just ok really, not worth it if paying full price although you can probably pick up some sort of offer to make it more reasonably priced. I was disappointed given the good reputation of the brand.

Yum. Pizza Hut. Hot, relatively quick and almost always good offers so not as expensive as you might think.  If you're staying on or around the esplanade with kids or just fat adults, it's a no brainer.

Very polite when taking the order arrived faster than expected and everything was great, thank you.

The fact I'm giving this one star is only because I have to , last night of our holidays , raining, so decided to stay in and order pizza. It was 9.20 pm by 11.05 still no pizza , store closed so couldn't contact them and two young children went to bed hungry. Absolutely disgusting service and certainly won't be using Pizza hut again, ruined the last night of our weekend, Shane on you guys !!

Honestly speaking I have never received an order from this restaurant without being disappointed. Every other Pizza Hut I ever had was great, but in this place they NEVER give the garlic crust, they always cut my pizza slopily, the ingredients are unevenly tossed around anywhere and they never failed to make the crust just unappetising and oddly greasy. Pizza Hut in itself is great, but if you wanna treat yourself better don't do it while in Scarborough because your chances of being satisfied are probably about 15%. PS. please start listening to what the actual order says because I have not once gotten it fully right in here.

I rang up on 11th June as I ordered the week before but one of the pizzas was missing. I’d ordered 4 pizzas that day. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful on the 11th June, the guy at the front of house was really friendly and helped resolve my issue straight away. The pizza was piping hot and lovely, best Pizza Hut pizza I’ve had. I ordered about 9pm and I cannot fault their service, will 100% order again next time I’m in Scarborough.
