The best fries, burgers, steak sandwiches, and onion rings you can get these days. I usually get a steak sandwich and put one of their amazing crunchy onion rings on top of it with steak sauce. DELICIOUS and hits the spot every single time. I love how everything is made fresh and it is the perfect meal if you’re craving some good food. Highly recommend you go in and order a bite to eat!

I live about 45 minutes away from this place as a burger lover I was told about this place many many times. Finally today my friend and I adventured to Scarborough to try the hype at The Real McCoy and their famous mojo Burger. This establishment is your typical old school takeout restaurant. The staff could have smiled a little more but in this pandemic I understand everyone's stressed. The burger was absolutely fantastic. Good Bread good beef. Probably one of my top five burgers in the Toronto area. The pizza to no surprise was very good as well I was very impressed that you could get a good burger and a good cheese pizza in one place. Definitely worth the try.

I have had the pleasure of eating the Real McCoy pizza since I was 8 years old. Their classic cheese and pepperoni pizza are one of my favourite pizzas. Their fries are so good as well as their burgers! The taste has not changed since I have been a kid in the 90s and that is what I like about the restaurant! George is so nice as well. I don’t know how he works during busy times. He’s magic!

Visited The Real McCOY on their second last day of operations. They are closing this location on Friday, December 23rd due to the plaza that the restaurant is located being demolished to make way for new development. Long line up today at 11:30am but the food still came out in good time despite the amazing crowd. We will miss George! Today I ordered 3 poutines, 3 hamburgers and a large pepperoni pizza. So so good, this restaurant has been here for over 50 years and still run by the same family who opened it back in the day. Here’s hoping they will find a new spot to open up, if not we wish George and family all the best for the memories.

Great char grilled burgers. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. Staff are also extremely friendly. I had the mojo burger fully loaded and it was a great meal.

A staple in Scarborough for 50 years. This family owned business has positively impacted the Brimorton community by always giving back. The quality of food is rich & costs modest. The establishment aesthetically is like a "Back to The Future" theme which is cool! I'm saddened that Dec 23, 2022 is last day open at this location. Hopefully it's not the final goodbye Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, fries, onion rings, cheese pizza Parking: Parking lot outside restaurant.

Get yourself some awesomely delicious food at The Real McCoy before Dec 24 2022. Sadly after 53 year's in business they are closing their doors until further notice due building development.. Thank you for so many year's of amazing food amazing service and treating your customers like family!

A Scarborough Gem! George and Co have been around for 53 years! I understand why! A classic Greasy spoon burger joint . The pizza is freaking awesome too!Food: 5/5

The food is not bad, but the most important thing is the cleanliness of the place and the way the food is made, meaning that there is a chaotic way of doing the food and there is no cleanliness in it. I am talking about cleanliness, which is more important than eating. I expect that two hours or two days of cleaning will not harm and the place where the sandwich is made I see that it is not a comfortable place, in addition to the amount of dust in the place. I hope you will pay attention to cleanliness

I grew up living across The Real McCoy and would use my allowance money and any change my parents gave me to get a burger and fries with gravy, pizza and later fish & chips, or onion rings. I love this place and sad to see it go. When I left Canada, I would always try to make in there to enjoy a meal. It was just as amazing as I grew up enjoying. I really hope George re-opens in the Centennial Plaza Port Union & Lawrence East. I think it would be an amazing business decision for him and the community. George & The Real McCoy, thank-you for all the deliciousness and comfort food throughout my lifetime!!!
