I can’t believe the reviews they are so untrue. We have been ordering from them 3 years now. Excellent service and speak very good English. Never ever had a bad pizza from them. Always order meat lovers it’s loaded

I just ordered pizza from Doordash and when I just took one slice there was a long hair in the dough. Hygienic factor is zero. As the crona is going on it’s hard to order from this place again.

Zero star, actually they deserve-10000 stars. Zero customer service. Just few paneer pieces at shahi paneer pizza.and when i called the lady said that this is how we cook from day 1. Stupid, illiterate lady was speaking so rudely. They don’t know the way of dealing with customers. Never waste your money guys.

Good pizza for the price. This is a definite go-to for our regular pizza cravings. They keep the price reasonable.Food: 4/5

Neaver mind sir .. I ask for slices of cheese pizza but pizza factory doesn’t do that . So I ordered small cheese pizza , it was for my boy . Thas way I post it . Please next time don’t burn it . Baby can’t speak.but we know . Other pizza ordered were okey but this cheese pizza was not good . sorry for broken language .

we bought pizza today and we found a big hair in a slice. when we called and the employee said there was no manager and said there was nothing she can do because we didnt have the full pizza. Thats really disgusting and disappointing as she should at least apologize as that's their fault of not wearing hair net i guess.Food: 1/5

One of the worst pizza I ever ate..very tasteless food and found gray hair in my pizza that makes even more bad..when I called and the lady works there she said they don't have anybody with gray hair.no customer service wut so ever .this place have garbage food dont waste ur money and time.

Worst customer service ever.... they used spoiled vegetables and smelly cheese in their pizza. Please do not ever go there unless you want to be sick. This review is posted after 2 continuous purchases weeks apart!!

Not bad for a cheap "you get what you pay" pizza joint. Used to be $20 something for a 2 large pizza but now I paid $30 for the same order. A 30% plus increase... wow!!
