Newton Pizza White Rock

Terrible terrible customer service and poor quality of food. We ordered wings which you can see in the photos are completely charred. After arguing with the woman taking orders she agreed to replace them after an hour and half. The pizza we ordered was the Italian supreme which is not what we got. The toppings are listed in the photo.. clearly no olives. She argued and said this is how they make it and their menu is wrong. My friend is allergic to olives and we explained this. The woman agreed to make the pizza and told us to come pick it up. It's -12 and ice outside. After more arguing she told us the wings would be delivered but we need to come get the pizza which makes absolutely no sense. She also told us to bring back the old pizza..not sure what they wanted to do it. Anyways we gave it back and picked up the pizza and she didn't give the wings, said they'd be delivered. It's been 3 hours and still no wings. AVOID AT ALL COST. DO NOT EAT HERE. Edit- the wings just got delivered and they're still burnt.. see last pic

Been coming here for a while. Pizza is crispy, loaded with lots of toppings and just overall great. Nice red sauce. I always get a pepperoni and mushroom spicy. Will continue to support

For the price not bad pizza. Customer service sucks. Staff is very rude. No greeting or exiting comments. Went to pick up my pie stood at till for a little while. Staff member comes out and just looks at me. I told her what my order was after the awkward silence and she just slid the interact pad towards me not uttering a single word. Came back with my pizza placed on counter and walked away.

Legit little pizza shop. Great deals and delicious pizza. Delivery guy is always cheerful, though ordering over the phone, the lady is a little coarce, but might be beacuse they are busy at the time of order. Also, if seems you have to "remind" then that you want the pop with the deals, beacuse if you don't, they don't seem send them out....

Newton is the bomb. Get a special pizza. You won't regret it. All of the toppings are fresh. The large pizza weighs about 6 pounds. WOW.Food: 5/5

This pizzeria specializes in Indian style flavours. Mostly take out, not much seating. I am a fan of their 50-50 option…two topping choices side by side! Prompt service and reasonably priced.

I used to order from them often before but has gone downhill terribly.. LIST OF REASONS NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE: 1 The prices they advertise are not what they charge, and give no reason why they charge more 2 Restaurant is completely unsanitary. They have a rat infestation so bad.. 3 Pizza lately is always overcooked. Top of pizza is always burnt. They keep the pizza in the oven too long. 4 Terrible service. They don't try to accomodate or anything. Rude staff..

So yesterday I ordered pizza from Newton Pizza the White Rock location I ordered at 5:45pm I specifically told them not to over cook my Order as the last 2 times it was over cooked I even mentioned it in Punjabi to make sure it was communicated. I didn’t receive my order till 7:30pm my delivery driver was amazing I brought my pizza’s to the kitchen and when I opened them they were so over cooked, I called back and spoke to the person I placed my order with after being put on hold 3 times she agreed to redo my pizza after waiting an additional 45 min my order arrived my kids excited to eat I opened it it looked good but when I took a bite the dough was raw so angry I called them back when I sent her pics as she requested her response to me was you didn’t want it over cooked so this is how it is when it is less cooked. I asked her is it ok to give someone a raw dough pizza? And she said well I don’t know what you want me to do about it and hung up on me. RAELLY!! My brother owns a pizza shop in Abbotsford and he said I would never let a pizza like this ever leave my shop, next time I will drive out the 20min to pickup good pizza. Beware everyone who orders from here.

This place used to be sooo good, but the quality has really gone downhill. We decided to give them one more try. When I opened the pizza box, my husband and I were quite shocked by how overcooked the pizza was. Borderline burnt. And super skimpy toppings. I needed a magnifying glass to find the bacon. Will not be returning.

First time ordering from Newton Pizza White Rock location. Friendly on the phone and pizzas were ready as promised. 2 large pizzas for less than $30. Great deal and tasted good. Friendly at pick up too. All staff were masked
