Went there today for the first time. It was honestly the best pizza I've had in a long time, and the crust was really good as well. On top of the food being amazing the staff was super friendly as well. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back

Every time we order from here, the pizza is great. Tonight we tried the Italian Pizza for the first time and the fresh garlic on it, took it to the next level! Highly recommend it if you’re looking for flavour!

Service could be better, called the store to ask for a delivery twice in last Month to deliver , refused to deliver or for pick up , called them 40 minutes before closing. Lady on phone said they can’t make my order as they are trying to close the store.

Over priced for what you get....felt like eating day old cold pizza...for real. ..ate 2 slices and the rest I gave to the birds...2.5 hours for delivering time. .and I was only 6 minutes away

Fast, hot and tasty Just the way pizza is supposed to be!!

Pizza good. Staff bad. NO MASKS IN KITCHEN WHATSOEVER. This is a reportable WORKSAFE BC safety issue. Very poor customer service, mumbling, distracted staff.

We go out of our way to pickup Pizza Factory pizza. Always delicious. We ordered 10 pizzas for a party and they arrived piping hot, many of our friends asked us where the pizza was from because it was delicious.
