BEWARE! Dont get super excited to see the rates low to most of the items on the menu. He compensates by giving you less. Take a look at the serving bowl pic attached. So don't get fooled. By giving $2 extra for a curry at some other restaurant, you are getting more quantity. Moreover his butter chicken was way too sweet. He is also not the one to be trusted with the bill. He doesn't give you an itemized bill. He charged me around $10 dollars more which I knew but I didn't confront him because I believe in karma. But certainly by doing so, he lost a customer too. They also charge for the water because they serve bottled water. When someone asks you for the water, before serving them bottled water tell them that its chargeable. Serving water in a restaurant is your duty/ obligation. I can consider it free unless you tell me. When you charge for it, you should ask/ tell. Moreover they charge $2.50 for 1 kirkland bottle!! I mean seriously? Nice way to compensate by keeping your prices low. It's like a trap. My suggestion is to keep an eye on the bill or simply avoid the place! Reply: Wrong Review that never happened? Lol, pictures speak for themselves. Moreover, for every 1 star review you get, you give the same reaction! Funny Always remember that people watch!

Super thrilled with this new restaurant. I was so sad when Pakora Palace closed but Hot Pot Grill has kept all of the old menu and have stuck to the recipes. They accommodated my spice level request and a fairly large last minute dinner order. Everything was fresh and delicious! Best naan and pakora in town, no exaggeration.

Afterrrr such a long hunt for best indian food in town, finally i found these guys. Amazing taste of food authentic indian favours. We order chicken kathi roll and they were sooo good. I'll would definitely give them 5 . Must try food here..

Food was okay. But they overcharged me around 7 dollars, when I did asked for receipt they guy took 5 mins to print and said oh sorry by mistake I had charged u extra, got extra money back in last. Thanks for ur reply but this review is not for a recent visit it is related to a visit few months ago. Order u mentioned in the comment isn’t mine.

Visit last week. Friendly staff, nice presentation for food. I would say must visit this place and spending money there is worth it. Food was so delicious. Waiting to visit this restaurant again!!!!

We tried the gosht dum biriani and it was delicious. Quantity of the food was good considering it’s price. People of the restaurant were very humble and friendly. Had a great food experience.

The venue is excellent, the service is very good, the staff was very friendly and attentive, flowing very smoothly from appetizer until dessert, chicken was cooked to perfection,ambience and the setting of the restaurant also very Instagram able. The food was very tasty. We got our food without waiting for a long time. Worlds best chicken biryani and Fish pakora MUST TRY. Owner and his wife are very nice they make sure all the dishes are tasty and up-to our expectations. First time to Kelowna from Vancouver, not sure about anything else but this restaurant’s food will call us again back and back to Kelowna. Loved it!
