Extremely rude and kicked us out after we tried explaining that we were just putting our things down to buy food. The man rudely turned his back as we were trying to explain. He looked like a manager. Worst experience ever. We know not to bring outside food without buying stuff. Give us a chance to explain before rudely kicking people out. Hate it there. Worst experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Pita Pit during the week, mid-day, what an amazing level of service, what a great food option.  Pita Pit on the weekend, what a joke.  Rushed through our order, not given a chance to even select our toppings.  The customer service was terrible, there were not following ANY COVID-19 regulations and it was an awful experience.  We will be thinking twice before ever going back on a weekend with that staff.

4.5 star! Ordered from Uber eats several times and every time food comes with correct ingredients. Pitas are well packaged with fresh ingredients and good value for the price.

New owners and employees are very nice people and they make the best shawarmas, they also serve breakfast.

A little expensive but a healthy choice of fresh food. Their black bean is just great but I can't get enough of their buffalo chicken wrap. Nice crew and good speed of serving.

This is the best Pita Pit I've went to! I won't go to any others. My chicken ceasar pita us always fresh, flavorful and huge!

Would  never recommend this location for Pita Pit. I ordered for a corporate event. The food was supposed to be delivered at 12:30, didnt show up until 1:45. The restaurant would not answer my calls, the driver wouldn't answer my calls and my entire meeting left. We had enough food for 60 people and an entire angry meeting room. I have never been so disappointed in quality of service in my life. When I called later to resolve this- I was told that the delivery man who refused to park, deliver into the building, and "got lost" for an hour on a 5 minute drive was also the owner. It has been 16 hours and still no call back from the owner Jugesh Galhotra. I am appalled at the quality of service he treated our company with. I have called corporate head office to resolve this and they said they are so disappointed and will talk to him. He has yet to make a move in resolving this. Do not order from here. He yelled on the phone, was beyond rude- and basically blamed it on me saying he couldn't find the front of the building. He then proceeded to lie and say he went to our receptionist and that she said there was no one here by my name or our company name. She said that no one ever came in. He has lied to cover up his tracks and I want people to know how expensive and terrible this experience was.
