We went there with family on weekend for quick lunch. This Store is neat and clean, staff is friendly. We ordered regular pita, rice bowl and strawberry cheesecake. This store is really big, well organized and plenty of space to dine in. Location is very convenient, on the way to north blue mountain, Tobermory. I will definitely come back again and will recommend to friends and family.
Visited during a trip and ended up waiting much longer than expected. It took more than 30 minutes to serve 2 customers ahead of me as the food prep process seems very inefficient i.e. staff having to jump from the cashier duty to grill duty to wrapping the pita, etc.. A pity as the food itself was good but the long wait spoiled the experience.
Absolutely disgusted with this location. Went last week and it was so unsanitary and the cross-contamination was horrific. There were flies all around the food, in the toppings, and walking all over the pitas. I told the staff member that there was a fly on my pita and he looked at the fly, shoo'd it away and continued to make my pita... disgusting. The other worker was placing dirty papers on the food counter, which is a place where only FOOD should go. So unsanitary and the staff was awful. Threw the pitas in the garbage in fear of getting sick. What a waste of $40. Never going back to this location.
Place was busy, 2 staff doing there best to try and keep up, the owners wives sat at a table and chatted as their toddlers ran through the restaurant, including the kitchen. Male owners then came out of kitchen and made their own food, cutting off staff from doing what they could to catch up. First time I have ever tipped fast food servers, I gave cash, because they said owners take 25% off them. I will go back, if I see regular staff inside, I will stay, if I don't I will leave. Abhorrent way to treat staff, they don't deserve to be in business.
Horrible experience. The staff was so miserable and unfriendly. My pita had a huge hole in it but got ignored. Then the pitq got toasted and the hole got even bigger and part of the pita was black. I ended up just eating the toppings in a bowl because the pita itself was unediable. Not sure if I'll come back to this location again.
costumer service was awful, got yelled at after spilling a drinking even after apologizing. The women working there made two people cry, and the rest of us uncomfortable. Didn't get the yoghurt we payed for because we weren't comfortable asking for it.
I’ve never had a bad pita here. Staff and management are awesome. One of my go-to’s in town.
The place was absolutely horrible. Tables were all messy, floors and counters were covered in food, lettuce was dark brown, and they weren't busy so why couldn't someone clean tables and counters? Order two chicken ceasar pita large online and received two small... Complained and got our new ones made... To add to this, I now have food poisoning from them. absolutely sick to my stomach by this place.
Friendly service, and I was offered hot mushrooms off the grill. They were definitely trying to make things great for customers.Food: 5/5
Absolutely disgusted with this location. Dirty prep area. Service was slow, there was no communication between staff members. I waited for over 20 min for 2 wraps and a smoothie. Never eating here again.
