I must say, this Pita Pit used to be my favourite. Everyone was so personable and friendly. Now everyone is just masked up, behind a ton of barriers, you can't hear anyone and I feel like no one really cares anymore. I know the pandemic was difficult, but the brunt of it is long over. You really need to wake up and realize that you're pushing your customers away. I believe in this location; I know you have it in you to make changes to your once love restaurant and customers.
Delicious food and fast service, very friendly staff. I come here almost everyday now and it’s incredible! Chipotle on the grill is to die for! Yummy!
Greatest service!! Our company has used this location for catering and we are always extremely happy with the food and service. The wraps and side dishes are very falvourful and are good portions. They are quick, accommodating and offer delivery service. The owner Peter is a pleasure to deal with and has always bent over backwards to make sure we are happy. I asked for extra wraps last minute and Peter was more than willing to make them. He is patient and knows how to treat customers. We will be continued clients and look forward to ordering again in the future. Thank you again to everyone at Pita Pit!
one of my favourite places to pick up lunch! it's refreshing to have more than one vegetarian option on the menu, especially in fast food Vegetarian options: falafel and halloumi is YUM
Was craving a pita last weekend and this location is closed on weekends since when did that come in my guess is it makes enough business during the week especially the lunch hour with students it doesn’t have to open evenings and weekends
Pita Pit Richmondhill I must say is one of my most favorite places to eat at! The staff there are all wonderful and always put together a mouth watering pita. Pita Pit... Thank you for servicing my taste buds for as long as i can remember! Keep up the 10 out of 10 service! Thank you!

Why is this built like there are criminals coming in to be your customer? I could barely hear the employee and this was not a welcoming environment.Food: 3/5
Used to love this place. Lots of options and fresh toppings. They just discontinued my favorite go-to wrap. The Tuna Wrap is no longer. How do you take away Tuna for a wrap?
