Absolutely Horrible customer service!!!!It use to be my FAVORITE spot when Manny, Leon and Mr. Green worked there! Almost a year ago! We were regulars! Now They have only one person running the store every time! I went in to make my order. There was nobody in the building at the time except my son and I. He was making someones online order. Once he was done he looked at me and as he was walking back to the back of the building he said “I’m taking a break come back in about 25 min”. I said Um excuse me I don’t have time for that can you just make my pita there is nobody in here then go take ur break. He said NO! Told me to leave and he called security for me to leave cause he couldn’t take a break with me in there. All while my son was using there bathroom. He refused to tell me his name or his boss’s name! Young, tall, Caucasian male! Has no customer service skills and very disrespectful!! I will travel the distance needed to go to a different location just so we don’t have to experience that again or deal with him!
Ordered my food on the website for pick up. I get to the store and they don’t allow me in and ask me to go stand on line at the drive thru. What’s the point. Stood on line for 15 minutes. No point in ordering on line and waiting in drive thru. I will never come here again.

Gotta get on with Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub food delivery, etc. Would rather eat here than McDonald's & all this other unhealthy fast food, any day.
I'm just amazed how much this Pita Pit has improved since the new owner took over. The food quality is now excellent, the staff is friendly and well-trained, and the place looks great.
They don’t close at 7pm they close when they want to . So don’t make a special trip for it bc you will likely be disappointed. We went there before 6pm, door was locked but open sign was on. When I called, the guy mentioned it was slow so they closed. I love pita pit. Hopefully my timing will be right next time. Or at least the sign will be off so I’m not excited for nothing.
The chicken Cesar pita was disgusting with wilted lettuce. And hardly any dressing. 0/10 recommend. However the gyro is delicious.
Received my order. Opened the wrap and the pita is stuck to the paper. Then all of the contents fell out. So instead of a pita I’m eating a salad. Not a happy customer
