The worst Pita Pit experience I’ve ever had. Couldn’t eat 1/2 of it without falling apart due to poor wrapping/tearing as well as way too much sauce. Didn’t have regular Swiss cheese, small sized cups for smoothies only the large ones…how convenient. The wrapper didn’t have the pita pit logo so it just seemed like all around, this location is cutting corners for cost savings and it’s evident! Go to Airdrie if you want a decent pita.
Was there today, really great place and staff. Saw some people complaining online about price and size, I mean everything is expensive nowadays and their meat portions is measured. If you cannot afford don't take out your frustration on some good business......
Well I guess I’m adding another terrible review for this place. Ordered through Uber eats. It was very expensive for tiny portions. They didn’t follow any of the instructions, put a random sauce on my daughter’s rice bowl, and everything was poorly made. Veggies looked old and wilted, pitas fell apart. The food took 90 minutes to get here despite being less than 5k away and even with all that time to prepare the order, it was a mess. Avoid this place!!!
This place is awful. Got delivered a disgusting pita for $14+ with hardly any protein or toppings. Just because it's getting delivered through a 3rd party, doesn't mean they should completely lack effort to put together a pita. With all other options out there I will never order from or go to this place again.
Received a gross pita with toppings missing and spoiled lettuce. Will never go back
Second time eating in. Received a gift card to pita pit, head office confirmed $50 on it but everytime we go in they say it doesn’t work. No problem solving, help, or solutions. When we ask for double protein we are told it can’t be done and that they won’t remake it for us if the pita breaksdidn’t ask them to remake - just wanted to pay extra for the protein. Both times we had the same issues. Small pita is 1.5 oz of protein and a regular is 4oz? Horrible portions for what you are paying. Will not return.
Amazing location. Jay offered us great service, polite and patient with our child. Yogen fruz products offered at this location, pair great with the wraps. Delicious and fresh. Worth the drive!!
I had a terrible experience at this location today. The store was dirty, there were fruit flies everywhere, they didn’t have any forks for my salad which the staff couldn’t have cared less about, my daughter was given a very old, hard cookie. Will never eat at that location again. Very dissappointed.
Well that's the last time I est here I used to love this place was in the area so stopped by Not only was it insanely over priced, I am currently writing this at 5am been up all night sick as can be
Had lunch there today, the store was clean. The staffs were very friendly, great customer service! Love their pita, fresh and healthy.
