A bit more expensive than going to a garage but well worth the convenience. Service took less than 10 minutes and was all done in the comfort of my parking spot. Not sure if they topped up the air in my tires like the previous review mentioned but I don't have reason to believe that they didn't. Easy to book with Junior. They showed up on time. Both the guys were friendly and did not waste time. Considering this was done in my parking lot after that first ice, the cost was reasonable to me

Get a written estimate before agreeing to have them do any work. I made the mistake of trusting I would be charged according to the fees listed on their website, but got overcharged. I had them mount and balance my new set of summer tires and was expecting to pay $125. Their website says they charge $10 extra per tire for run flats and rims 20” or larger. My rims are 18” and my tires are not run flats, yet I was charged $170. Their excuse is that their fees are different than what's listed on their own website. Update - We never spoke over the phone prior to my appointment as I like to have a written record of everything. Had I known ahead of time your fees were that high, I wouldn't have agreed to have you do the work. I'm not saying you haven't been responding to my emails, but the difference in fees was only explained to me after the service was completed and I questioned why I had been charged so much. This company used to be great but the new management has taken this into the gutter. They used to stop by for 30-40 mins, change your tires, balance them and do all the necessary you'd expect from a tire change. Now, they stop by for 5-10 mins, don't balance your tires, don't even put air in them and charge you an absurd 86$. I didn't know lawyers were changing my tires. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Heck, call me, I'll do your tires for 86$ and I'll even put air in them...Service: Tires

Hi, I have been using this company for years. The new person Pierre who seems to be managing now has been rude and disrespectful. I had my service done yesterday and I have already received many rude text messages from him for payment. I did attempt to pay which I sent him proof of but he is not answering my calls. I also have $2k worth of tires there for storage which he is refusing to return. There are more companies that do this. Don’t use these people. 3 months after he took my tires and I asked for them back he is still refusing to return them. They are worth thousands of dollars. I received advice from people that I should call the police. I will be doing that now.Service: Tires

They got here and set up only to realize I had forgotten to pick up bolts for my used summer rims. Without fuss, he ordered them that night and set everything up for Monday. Not only is their service amazing, they have very fair and well worth it prices! It’s hard to find reputable, professional and caring service...These guys knocked it out of the park!
