Piste Mountain Bistro

Wonderful American food at an elevation. Sadly it's a little dark at night to enjoy the great view, but during the day it's amazing. Only downside for the dinner reservation is the long ride to the restaurant on the cold gondola. But once you arrive you have plenty of time to warm up and the good desserts will keep you warm on the way down.

Beautiful view does not begin to describe there vista from the restaurant. I had the sliders and felt it could have been more flavorful but they were good, just not great. The fries on the others were great and I would highly recommend them.

High end dining at the top of the Gondola, not Couloir, but a solid effort. Functional well designed menu. Good service. If you want to take it easy, you can have relaxing break for lunch.

Didn't even get to eat here. Booked reservations for our 10 year anniversary dinner three weeks in advance. Just got an email/call saying our reservation was canceled due to a private party being held there now but they could get us in the day before or after. Not the point and I'm not going to reschedule the previous arranged dinners.

The food was excellent, had the short ribs and they were excellent. The atmosphere was nice and nice staff. Great views off the mountain too! Suggest making a reservation, they were able to get us in but would recommend a reservation.
