I went to their outdoor bar and ordered two drinks. When I looked at my bank statement, I was overcharged. Apparently, the bartender who closed out my tab accidentally put someone else's beer on there. I had to take a lot of time out of my work week to resolve this, and it was definitely a hassle. However, the manager who helped me could not have been more professional and helpful. Mistakes do happen, and they handled the situation wonderfully. I will definitely give this place another shot next time I am back in Jackson!
