Going to Pistachio Cafe is a must if you’re visiting Gan! We were only in the area for a couple days and the gelato was so good we had to come twice! The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful, and they had so many delicious and interesting flavors of gelato. We’re looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in Ontario!

Not only is this cafe incredibly cute inside and out but the staff are so lovely, polite and helpful. There are a great variety of gelato flavors to choose from. I highly recommend this place
They have a really cute patio, but what I fell in love for was their blueberry cheesecake. Right texture, moist, flavourful... Totally recommend it!
You cannot visit Gananoque without trying this amazing gelato. Really great place to stop for local gifts and foods, very generous portions a small is actually a huge Serving! And the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
My family and I ordered 2 pieces of cake, 3 lattes and one chai tea for the patio. They gave me two of the drinks in a cup to take away and the others in a glass cup, no sense. While we waited quite long for the drinks, we realized they had included just 3 out of the 4 in the order. Moreover, they putted the 2 pieces of cake on a single small plate. When we asked for a second plate they gave us just a paper bag. Bad organization and the girl at the checkout was very tough.
On a very hot Friday, we came across this delightful patio/cafe and the whole experience was just perfect. A friendly man behind the bar offered us samples and brought us extra munchies when we ran out. Such a pleasant and spacious patio with a bit of a breeze. We appreciated it and will visit again! Thanks for doing a little bit extra, with a big smile, in a time when services like this are suffering
Great Cafe, cool atmosphere, loved the coffee, my kids especially enjoyed the gelato.
We stopped off on our way to Montreal and found this little gem off the highway. Friendly staff, great sandwiches, and amazing gelato. A beautiful patio where I was able to enjoy a couple of locally brewed beers. The bartender was particularly memorable. Knowledgeable about the area and more importantly, the pints he was pouring. Definitely stopping in on the way back. It’s the perfect midway point and way better than any on route.
