The experience from “Tub” top to Bottom has been amazing. From the Sales to Install - everything has been fantastic. A special thank you to Brett in the Sales department who was helpful from the minute we walked in the door till we fired the unit up. Brett was patient with our questions and very helpful along the way. Brett played a major role in the process and we are forever thankful. The delivery headed up by Jay and Marc was incredibly coordinated and super professional. You could tell these guys have been doing this for a long time. Lots of experience and landed the massive 8 person tub spot on where we wanted it without issue. I cannot imagine any other company trying to deliver and land a tub of this size. Thank you to the entire Pioneer Family Pools & Spa’s for what we hope will be years of great memories for our family. Thank you.
Huge store, very helpful staff. I’ve had many good experiences here, trying to sort out and fix issues with my hot tub. The tub was not from here, but the staff have no problem lending their expertise.
Everyone one at Pioneer Pools has been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. Our pool was installed in 2018 and from start to finish it was a smooth process. From the sale with Chris to the installation crew and now 3 years later with random questions everyone has need extremely helpful! I have recommended Pioneer to my own family members! Colleen in the service department has been there to answer every question I have and takes the time to explain every detail. She goes above and beyond and even sends follow up emails about the conversation. She is truly an asset to Pioneer and you can tell she cares about the people she helps. Thank you Pioneer and thank you Colleen for helping every step of the way!
We have been very impressed with everyone we dealt with in the purchase of our new hot tub at the Burlington location. Our salesman, Gerald, was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions while trying to decide which tub was our best option. The delivery team was great and made sure we knew how to get started. When we found a leak, we contacted Gerald who arranged to have a service tech come out the same day. The tech, Mandouh, arrived within a couple of hours and easily resolved the issue. A great experience all around.
For us, it was all about personal, friendly service. And that's what we enjoyed at Pioneer Pools in Burlington. We knew the hot tub product - Hot Springs - was reliable from research, reviews and from the fact that Pioneer sold them. But helping us select a model, accommodating a wet test, welcoming pictures of our set-up location to facilitate delivery and follow-up in-service on getting started and maintaining our hot tub... All this was done in a timely fashion, with expertise, patience and a smile. There was never any pressure. Our sales person, Bill, was a joy to deal with. He made himself available anytime if we had a question, even outside of his regular working hours and while he was on vacation. That's commitment to customer satisfaction; and we were - and are - most assuredly satisfied. Pioneer Pools gets top marks! Highly recommended to anyone interested in the leisure of a hot tub!
Caldera Niagara broke down in July. Still not fixed. Since July there have been 3 Missed scheduled appointments, 1 missed scheduled phone call late by 4 hours, total wait time of 67 days between appointments. Average time for Matthew, scheduling clerk, to "locate my file" and place us on hold, 12 minutes per call. Since I have complained in the past, I am hung up on when trying to discuss by phone. Posted a Google review and invited owners to contact to discuss can't find their contact info anywhere, without a response. Based on other reviews, the sales team may be good, but the service department is causing them a horrible brand reputation.
Definitely five stars! Just replaced my pool liner by pioneer pool, service guys are very friendly and professional. Once a slight leak detected, they immediately redo the installation around pool stairs. I am totally satisfied.
Really unfortunate experience with the service dept. Hired them to open my pool and paid $400. They opened the pool & did not finish screwing down two of the anchors. I conversed with the service dept about someone coming by to finish the job. I had no problem waiting for them to come and do this. The service dept told me I had to pay another $187 for the service call plus $18 for the two anchors. I just finished paying $400 and now I have to pay them to come back and finish the job? Service dept then told me they would come for free on the 30th of June. I took the day off work & waited. No one showed up. emailed the service dept again, no apology from her & all of a sudden I have to pay $187 again for them to come by even though they just told me they would come for free. Really disappointed. I spend 100’s of dollars every month on chemicals for my pool and hot tub. Will be going elsewhere for my chemicals now.
Excellent customer service from Bryan D! We are loving our new hot tub and being first time spa owners, he made everything really easy from purchase through install. He was completely transparent and his sales approach was super refreshing. Despite the pandemic's manufacturing delays and high demand for spas, he had us in our tub way sooner than we thought we could be. Extremely accommodating. Highly recommend talking to Bryan if you're thinking of purchasing this great investment!
I have been buying my pool products here for almost 4 years. Whenever I have had any issues, they stand behind their products and provide great service. They are helpful and knowledgeable about any of your pool needs. I am going to give them all my business including opening and closing of my pool. Highly recommend this company.
