Pioneer Energy Gas Station

Visited this Pioneer with my wife. Used her card. All was basically ok. Noticed one item. The pump I used did not have a splash guard on the nozzle. Some others were also missing. Operator should be more attentive to safety items.

I came to the Pioneer gas station expecting a touchless wash—only to realize it was a soft cloth setup. As soon as I saw the condition of the cloth strips—dirty, worn, and clearly not maintained—I knew it wasn’t safe for my black F-150. This type of wash is notorious for leaving swirl marks and micro-scratches, especially on dark paint. I immediately asked for a refund, since I hadn’t even gone through the wash, but the worker refused. When I asked to speak to the owner, I was told he isn’t even in the country. That says a lot. If you care about your paint or your vehicle at all, skip this place. No accountability, no local ownership, and no concern for the condition of your vehicle.

A week ago Thursday we took our F250 to get gas and a wash. I went into the store first to confirm that my truck would fit the opening door of the car wash. She said oh yes it fits all trucks. We pulled the side mirrors in against the truck to be careful the brushes wouldn’t damage them and entered the building. All went well until the return of the brushes from the back to the front of the truck which forced the passenger side mirror to swing open and it ripped it back towards the front fender and broke the bottom mirror and the stop mechanism to keep the mirror in place for driving. We couldn’t open the window to bring it back in as it was still rinsing the truck so we had to wait until we left the building. I was so pissed, I went into the store to speak to the woman on duty to tell her what happened and she said he couldn’t do anything but took my name & number and she would get the Manager to call me about the incident. Still waiting for the call buddy!!nThis was a very expensive car wash, as the mirror was now inoperable and had to be duct taped to hold it in place for the time being until we could get a new mirror. Wreck yard mirror cost us $1,400, Ford wanted $1,940 so my advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH, especially if you have a pickup truck as they don’t do a damn thing to help you out with your issue. Poor customer service at its best.

Been using this gas station for almost 7 years now. No issues at all with the gas or the station.

Terrible car wash, ripped mirror of side of my truck, manager claims it’s poor luck and considers it an add on. Warning signs say nothing about requiring to fold them in as he claims. What a joke. Been through hundreds of car washes and his machine glitched and didn't adjust as it usually would.
