Disappointed that I got garbage tags from this location and I was charged tax because I didn't pay by cash nor did I get gas. I thought garbage tags were $2ea regardless as I have never paid tax on this at other locations.
A ZERO... for service.nI echo many of the sentiments listed on here about the poorest service and that the owner is very rude and argumentative/combative almost. She does not 'CARE' one even the slighest about 'Customer Service.nI purchased a car wash, mid grade, upon a visit to Tilsonburg. I should have backed out and requested my money back as I entered the washbay area. It was shabby, black mould visible on the walls, with NO PRESSURE...which is the most important aspect of a 'touchless' car was... as the 'high pressure' facilitates the removal of the dirt from your vehicle.nI confirmed that the wash had not removed the dirt from my truck immediatly upon exiting the washbay.nI spoke to the attendant behind the counter who advised he could only offer another 'basic' wash. I advised that I could run my truck through the wash bay 1000 times and it wouldn't matter if there is...NO PRESSURE in the system. I requested a refund. He called the owner. She offered the same...another wash.... would not give me a refund.nThe attendant even came out to my vehicle to view the 'dirt that remained' first hand. He tried to tell me that the 'touchless was is not the same as a regular car wash and does not give you the same results'. I only use touchless washes North America wide and always end up with great results...was my response...if the system has PRESSURE! As we were discussing the dirt a man stopped to ask if I had gone through the car wash here? I replied to him that I did. He laughed and advised that the car wash there was garbage and that I should have went downtown. I didn't even know that man... as I'm from out of town. I advised the attendant that I would return the next day to speak with the owner directly and show her the results of the wash.nI returned and found the owner to be rude and arugumentative almost combative in demeanor. She refused to offer a refund. She offered another wash. I reiterated that it would be useless without 'PRESSURE' to remove the dirt. She didn't care and blew me off stating that I was not getting a refund. I advised that I would be contacting Petro Canada Corporate to lodge a complaint; she advised me to 'go ahead' and again acted as if she could care less.nnI am not one of those people who 'complains' and very easy going recongnizing that each of us has challenges and bad days. BUT, the lack of a BASIC level of Customer Service and the will to provide a refund when it was clear their wash system was not functioning properly; has motivated me to provide this review so that others don't experience the same as I did.nFurther, I have contacted Petro Canada Corporate in hopes that they will resolve this issue favourably as I use thier touchless washes weekly where I work...Sudbury, ON. I've used them all over North America without issue in fact.
JUST STOPPED FOR A QUECK WASHROOM BRAKE, THE RUDE LADY CLARKE REFUSED TO GIVE WASHROOM KEY. PLUS MESSY STORE. I'LL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT STORE.
I would give this 0 stars if possible !!!!! The owner of this place is absolutely disgusting! Rented a U Haul. Got it March 30- March 31st we then called u haul to extend it to April 1st, the lady on the phone confirmed we had it booked until 2pm April First. 1 am the manager messages us demanding the trailer back or he’s going to charge our credit card 200$ which he actually tried to do so we drive all the way to tilsonburg from port burwell drop the trailer off , it’s 2am now , the owner comes out screaming at us to pay 200$ , demanding we give him collatorall our phones or something out of our car the owner is drunk and smells like whiskey! We said no, left and called u haul in the morning. He has no customer service at all, he also has no right to ask for our personal items for collateral or charge our card extra when we’ve already paid!!! Never recommend going to him!
I stopped here to fuel my work vehicle. I was using the washroom and hadnt been in it for more then 3 mintues when the lady that works there knocked on the door to see if i was still using the washroom and to make sure i didnt fall asleep. I felt very rushed and hurried myself. I was not impressed. Also the store itself could use a deep cleaning. The dust in the store on old fixtures bot not being used is disturbing. I highly recommend people avoid this station.
