We enjoyed our Korea trip very much. We are a family of 5 and will have to accommodate the needs of my boy who is 4 yo. Our guide, Mr David Lee, was very accommodating and was open to changing the itinerary. He suggested better options for us that considers the needs of our young boy. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable trip which made it even more lovely with a helpful and sincere guide.

Had a fantastic experience with Wendy. She is an amazing consultant and is prompt and also gives suggestions. My travel partner didn't show up as she was unwell and it din occur to me that she may get to claim from her travel insurance. Wendy reminded me. Booked a 2d1n in batam with local tour. thumbs up.

Thanks to Cass of Pinnacle Travel for arranging our 5D4N trip to Danang- Hue-Hoi An from 16th to 20th Feb 2019. It was so colourful at night at Hoi An with the thousands of lanterns lighting the streets and both sides of the river banks. Danang beach is clean and inviting and a trip to the resort Bana hills bring so much excitement with the cable rides and amusement park. Hue which used to be Capital of ancient Vietnam is so rich in its history of the past Emperors.
Ms. Wendy arranged a private road trip to Turkey and was meticulously planned and executed. Very happy with the services provided.
I went to Maldives for my honeymoon with the help of Pinnacle Travel. They suggested the right resort and also recommended to include meals in the package. Hence It gave me a good savings on the meals. Overall, they knew what they are selling and that gave me a peace of mind!
The 5D 4N Da Nang Private tour was worth all the money I paid. Good boutique hotels, great food and beautiful sceneries. My tour guide, Mr Phuc was hardworking and constantly checking that we are happy with all arrangements. The tour was well organised and we enjoyed it so much. We will come back for more trips and recommend it to others.
Pinnacle Travel Services Pte Ltd did a great job with linking me up with a local guide for my two-day trip in Cape Town. Prashant my tour guide made my two-day trip memorable. I only missed one activity in the itinerary which is the ferry trip to see the seal. It was only because we didn't have much time. Nevertheless, particularly the 2nd day was well organized.
