0 rating, this place is god awful and I’ll never get another loan from them again. Must just be this branch but Angie Weaver does nothing but harass, I had some issues where I made my payments late I’m now caught up her and the other employee Shawn call me EVERY DAY. I have 1 more payment, my due date is the 15th and they’ve called me EVERY DAY since the start of the month and days before that. I feel nothing but harassed as much as they call, I know what I owe them as a final balance and when my due date is please quit calling me. I have family who also has a loan through them and they’ve heard first hand them talk “bad and down” to other customers when they hang up the phone and they don’t answer. They’re rude and disrespectful I’ll NEVER refer or go there again. At least NOT the Fremont Ohio branch.
