I have lived in Cobourg for almost 6years! About 2 years into living in Cobourg I had the pleasure of owning 4 cats during my time here and Pine Ridge has cared for all of them. I had my first experience with them with my senior cat Delilah and then also now with my young cats Cosmo and Rosie.  Everyone that works at Pine Ridge is so nice and caring for the people and animals that come through their doors. Dr.McKenzie has been my primary vet since I started coming to the clinic and I have always been happy with her care but also trust everything she has to say. I never feel pressured into any types of treatments, and I’m always given alternative options as well. They provide amazing care and make sure they are proving the best care for all their patents.  I am always referring people to Pine Ridge because I am just so amazed and thankful for everyone that works there.  Thank you Dr.McKenzie and everyone else for proving our fur babies with the best care possible

Attempted to call to get some advice on an issue concerning my pet.  They were more concerned with the fact that I wasn't a patient there instead of giving any kind of helpful advice.  I didn't really experience any kind of nice and caring attitude.

Recently we brought our new pup home only to find out that she was very sick.  We met Dr Karen who rearranged her schedule to accommodate our pup's needs and saved her life.  We appreciate all that you did to help our sweet pup, and grateful that Dr Pat was available to help out also.  Thank you Pine Ridge and all the staff for your expertise and loving care....you are NUMBER 1

We had an amazing experience at this veterinary clinic today!  The veterinarian performed the most thorough and comprehensive examination on Marlee and spent a great deal of time going over her health history and treatment options with me.  The staff were very personable and provided excellent customer service.

Ì am a new client at this clinic and I have been very welcomed there. My black cat Felix was diagnosed with diabetes the first time I was there. Was not expecting that at all. Ì thought I was going to have to put him down but Dr Pat and Dr Karen convinced me that Felix could live with this disease and that they would help me manage it. My job as a petsitter takes me away from home and I would only be able to do his insulin once a day. The Drs said it would be better than nothing and let's just see how he does. He is doing fantastic. Ì am so grateful to the Drs at Pine Ridge Vet Clinic. Ì still have my Black Beauty and he'll be around for awhile yet!! Here he is with his buddy Yoda.

We have been very happy with the team since we moved out this way. In particular, we recently had to bring our little girl in with a scratched cornea and Dr. Graham Biggar was exceptionally kind, compassionate and skilled at getting her eye healed. He’s a great asset to an already fantastic team!

My name is Sarah. Today I stopped by with my cat Lubbins because he wasn't feeling well since yesterday. Took him to this office and they were all fantastic. The lovely ladies at the front desk are so warming and inviting. The vet was very thorough and figured out what was going on with my baby based his movement and actions the moment he was out of the carrier head tilted, ear infection. She was very kind and helpful and explained the medications to me. They helped me get my bill figured out and gave me estimates as we went as we were worried about cost as this was a sudden issue we didn't calculate for but I am so glad that they worked with me and helped us out. Amazing services that help the owner and pet feel free of worry. Will always recommend this place if ever asked for a good vet. Thank you all for your help today.
