Nordesign

I have used Nordesign for much of our furniture needs. Have had awesome customer service. The friendly staff is always welcoming and willing to work hard to find the right fit for our budget. We really enjoy the pieces we have purchased. From bedroom sets to kitchen table sets.... Would recommend Nordesign!

We purchased 8 stools from them and found the price and quality to be more than acceptable. Happy customers up to this point... Then my daughter damaged one of the seats. I called, they offered to sell me a replacement seat for 60% of the total cost of the stool. A little steep but considering it was a custom order, acceptable. That was on Nov 15th 2013... I still haven't received my seat March 4th 2014. I called, they got back to me 24hrs later. The seats are now apparently supposed to arrive within 6 months... I asked for, and received, a refund. Bottom line: If you are planning on purchasing an item and walking out of the store with it I suspect you'll be very happy. If you are looking for customer service...

Beautiful modern furniture, great selection, everything is built to last, no corners cut, FANTASTIC customer service and in-store assistance! Bought a number of items from Nordesign in recent years and happy with every single one of our purchases. #1 furniture store in Calgary for us.

We went to buy leather bar stools for our new place. The stools are awesome. Great quality and so comfortable! The service was terrible, the sales associates just stare at you while you walk around but don't acknowledge you.

Love their design. Reasonable price. Store clerks do not bother you when you look around and very helpful when you need help. Overall a great place to pick up some furniture.

Was looking for some "stressless" chairs for our home. Ended up with two of the "Nordic Space" style for less then the cost of one stressless. More than happy with them. Frankie my salesman remembered me from a visit to browse from earlier in the week. He went through all the features warranty ect. Done deal and chairs loaded in the truck on my way home in a half an hour. Just how i like it, quick and painless. Thank you

Great selection of furniture at reasonable prices. The best part is the no-pressure sales staff, who are very friendly and helpful but won't bug you when you're just looking.

Came to find a loveseat that had specific dimensions. A gentlemen named Pat approached us quickly and saw that we just wanted to browse. No hassle, no pressure. We ended up finding the Fidel Loveseat in grey/charcoal on the showroom floor, but we weren't sure how it would fit. Measured and told Pat that we would come back. He gave us his card and also told us they stocked the floor model and that we could get it right away, and also explained the options for custom fabrics. Came back a few days later, he recognized us immediately and already had the custom fabric options in hand. We decided to go with the floor model fabric, and within the next hour we were driving it back to our apartment. Also, we saved $200 bucks on this loveseat. Awesome.

We went in looking for a replacement leg for our sofa we got in 2009, not only did Lance have the exact legs we got a complete set! Great customer service and beautiful furniture!

Way nicer stuff than you would see at Leon's or The Brick, etc. The furniture is much higher quality and much of it is in stock. Pricing is pretty reasonable on most things.
