Best Independently Soft Spoken Bank St Shop. Unique, Fair Cost & Very Experienced Referrals.
The owner knows a lot. I've had 3 paintings framed by him so far and I am bringing 2 more. He doesn't try to upsell. One of the antique paintings was badly cracked. I don't know how he managed it but it looks barely blemished now it's still 100 years old and there are some bits fading a bit. Highly recommend.
This guy is the best guy. Very friendly. Very affordable. Beautiful craftsmanship.
He never lets me in. Just looks through the window and shakes his head "no." He once kicked me out for having a book bag. How can I buy things from this store?
It's the best place in Ottawa to have special pieces framed. The owner is knowledgeable and patient, and produces quality work.
Worst customer service ever! Sign signs don't disturb while working while the store is open. I wait and when he comes by I start asking questions but the guy answers rude and starts walking away before I even finish what i have to say.
Terribly rude customer service. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
