Stay away from this company!!!!  After numerous unkept promises and poor excuses, they finally pumped the septic system at my vacation home (or at least they said so).  I promptly paid, and they said they would immediately file the required report with the County.  That was 9 months ago and they still haven't filed it!!  I have called them 5 times, and 3 times they either said they had already done it or would do it the next day.  Still not filed and now I am getting notices from the County that the report is deliquent.  Stay away from Pickett's - they are incompetent liars!!!!
