Pick Me Up Flowers

Such great service with Pick me up flowers and amazing arrangements!! My mom had sent me an arrangement from them and accidentally sent it to the wrong address and they did not hesitate to go pick them up and bring them to me at the correct address at no extra charge. So sweet of them and the boutique is so beautiful!

She ALWAYS has a very welcoming and happy hello as soon as she sees you. They have a massive and beautiful collection of flowers as well as other treasures and gifts for you to find. Overall happy with the arrangement that I ordered for my Grandmas birthday back in September, she was also very happy with it! When ordering I put in the postal code I needed it delivered to, it then calculated shipping at $10. The next day I received a call to say the location was out of there service area so they would need to charge my card an extra $10 fee, I gave them my card and then realized that they charged my card $20 extra. Day of delivery they showed up to her condo at 5pm and she had stepped out for dinner, I thought they would have called prior with a time as the companies I have used in the past have done so, I gave the lady instructions to put it at her back door. The delivery guy then called me because he was confused with the directions, he wasn't pleasant to talk to. I do understand the frustration he was feeling but I also paid $30 for delivery and $120 for the arrangement and he was there for no longer then 10 minutes. Usually when someone is having flowers delivered, the person receiving the flowers arent aware of it, a simple phone call an hour or 2 prior would have solved all of the frustration and made the process a lot smoother.

We received the best service and the most beautiful graduation flower arrangements that we have ever received! This is definitely a 5-star recommendation, and we will be returning each year for the same arrangements, and will be using this business for all of our future events. The customer service is just amazing. Came to buy a bouqet for my wife, and she liked it a lot. Inside the store was clean and very organized. Pretty much you can choose from anything and they have a quite broad spectrum to choose from. I would recommend this place for all the events.

Hi! I just wanted to write a quick note to say how great the overall service is and how beautiful the arrangements are at Pick Me Up Flowers. I called from out of town with a VERY special delivery on short notice and the lady I spoke to over the phone went above and beyond to help me out - even taking my order on a day they weren't 'technically' open! I was able to see the flowers in person and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making my godsons 1st birthday so special for not just for him but his amazing parents as well. Highly recommend, would definitely order again!!

Only flower shop I will deal with ever again! 4th time yesterday and again, they go out of their way! They make sure your order is correct! They actually call you if they don’t have the certain flower in stock instead of just cancelling your order and leave you work wrong WTH for like other shops! They are very pleasant when speaking with them directly and they always answer your calls and return your voice mails left! They’re not skimpy with their flowers either, just because the arrangement may say 2-3 roses online when you pick it out, they’ll add 3-4 and that 1-2 extra makes a huge difference! They don’t charge extra for baby’s breath and filler ‘leaves’ I don’t know what they’re called, I’m sorry! They are always on time! Their arrangements are absolutely beautiful and if it says a happy face mug on the photo online, they’ll have that in stock! They do special arrangements and on short notice too, that’s hard to find around here! Like I said, I will never buy any flower arrangements from any other flower shop ever again, I found my spot! Thank you!

What my mom ordered from NS for my birthday, and what I received. I completely understand that not always the flowers are available, but 5 daisy’s and baby’s breath, and a chipped scratched vase is not a substitution for the price she paid! When I showed my mom, she emailed the shop and was offered a 15% refund, it’s been 3 weeks and still no refund has not shown on her credit card!

Excellent customer service. Questions were responded to promptly and solutions provided were top notch. This was the first time I ordered from Pick Me Up flowers and I will definitely be back.
