Ordered, "I LOVE YOU," and got, "I like your shoes..." Feel absolutely ripped off. You can order "Small, Medium or Large" arrangements. I ordered LARGE as a special anniversary treat - and looked a bit like a fool - looks like she accidentally got the girlfriend's order...(!) Compare for yourself to the "MEDIUM" picture shown on their website. And don't give me, "Picture is representative may not be as shown," garbage. Any reasonable person can clearly see what they offered is NOT what I got. At all. This is the 2nd time I got burned here. Guarantee you it's my last. >:-/

I had ordered some flowers for my Mom who lives in one of the condo buildings not far from their location. The flowers were not delivered as requested and I had to investigate via email (I live in Ottawa) to find out what had happened as I found it odd that I did not get a call from my Mom to thank me for the flowers. It was discovered that delivery guy decided not to deliver the flowers, and so what they delivered in the end were flowers that had been made the day before and sitting overnight rather than a start fresh bouquet. Although the owner did try to apologize and offered a full refund (I took half), it was most disappointing and I will not be ordering from this place again. Plus be careful, it looks like they have a few different names under the same name....

Ordered the flowers off their website. Very satisfied. Fast service and the special occasion flower arrangements we sent were beautiful. Free delivery in Barrie. Good communication and emailed when the delivery had been made. Very happy with this florist. Have used twice and will use again.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day she was very happy with it. It was delivered within the time frame I've requested. Everything was done the way I wanted it. Great job! The best place to shop for flowers.
