I have had the pleasure of working with joanna for almost a year now and the experience has been amazing. I was nervous to start Pilates given my spinal injuries but she made me so comfortable. I took a one on one class with her but unfortunately do to scheduling conflicts had to continue with her group classes. The group classes are just as good as the private ones. She trailers to each patience’s needs and truly cares about her patients. She has made my recovery that much smoother with all of her knowledge, compassion and help. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and always makes sure you’re feeling OK. I would give her 10 stars if I could she’s truly an amazing instructor/therapist and I feel so lucky to be able to work with her!

I have seen both Ben (Osteopath) and Joanna (Pilates instructor). They are amazing and they have changed my life! If you need to see someone for an ailment, I highly recommend seeing either or both Ben and Joanna.

After my 13 year-old badly strained his hip flexor at a soccer game, we were referred to the PhysioPlus Bloor location. Physiotherapist Nicola Banger worked with him for a month to rehabilitate, and subsequently, strengthen the injured area of his body. The attitude and personality Nicola brought to the job helped a worried 13 year-old feel relaxed, that he was in good hands, and would soon be back on the ice, and the field, doing the things he loved. As his injury neared full recovery, Nicola also took the time to analyze his movements during exercises and identified areas of his body that lacked flexibility, or needed strengthening, helping him to become a more complete athlete after we ended our time at PhysioPlus. As a minor hockey coach, I would highly recommend PhysioPlus, and especially Nicola, to any of my players and their families should they require treatment.

Nicola helped me understand my shoulder pain and what I needed to do to get back to my normal activities. Appreciated her patience and collaborative work with me!

My father has been coming to the clinic for about a year now under the care of sarah . the therapists really do care about their patients and make sure they are getting the care that is needed. however they really need stronger assistance/receptionists. they really dont know what their doing and it does get a little frustrating. they discus patient issues openly and loudly for everyone to hear at the front and that makes it very uncomfortable. There new location is way nicer then the bloor clinic (much cleaner). Ive personally seen the specialist doctor their and his assistance really is on top of everything; the two have this great unspoken understanding which is really comforting to know as a patient. I really do wish the clinic the best of luck but if you can make the trip to the new location i would recommend it
