Great clinic providing fantastic services. Everyone from the front desk staff to my Physiotherapist, Andrew Babawy were a pleasure to work with. Through initial tests, Andrew determined that I had been previously misdiagnosed elsewhere, and through treatment, had me back to full mobility without pain within weeks of our first meeting. Personal, Professional, and I actually looked forward to appointments. Happy to have this clinic and their staff so close to home. Thank You!

I used to come here a lot because of a great massage therapist Jannie Hood. Since she left I could not find someone who is equally good. I have done many services here before and I would say the fees here are definitely on the high end. Unless they have a great massage therapist like Jannie, I would not come back. It is just too easy to find another clinic that offers equally good service but with a lot cheaper price tag.

Physio First is a multi-discipline physiotherapy office. Located at Islington and Bloor street. The Islington Station is just across the street. It's been going for about 5 years. They have physiotherapists, RMT'S, and others. The office atmosphere is warm and friendly. The experience from the first phone call, to assessment to treatment and exercises are designed to assist in the wellness process. It is clean, well run office and has assisted me in getting over a severe rotator cuff injury. I can't say enough about them.

I took my son to Physio First for a chronic condition that occasionally flares up on him. We had an initial $90 assessment fee and a few sessions of shockwave therapy which was helpful. However, when his condition flared up again 6 months later, the receptionist insisted that I had to book a $90 assessment again. I explained that this is the same condition and I did not want to pay for another assessment (I'm sure all the info is in their patient files) but there was no waving on this, so I explained that I will take my business elsewhere which she seemed to be fine with. Poor customer service.

Very professional, clean and friendly place. All of the staff are very educated on what they do, including the physiotherapists, massage therapists and assistant physiotherapist. The physiotherapist that I saw was David and he did an amazing job. They are very busy there so I recommend making appointments a couple weeks in advance.
