Physimed

Service has greatly deteriorated and prices have increased. They are now worse than the public sector, incredibly expensive and have little interest in the patient’s experience. Although the public sector has the last point in common with Physimed, at least it’s “free”.

************** WARNING *****************WARNING ***************** I called and spoke to the receptionist She was super RUDE, GIVING ME USELESS INFORMATION, TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE. I SHUDDER AT THE IDEA OF THE TYPE OF PRACTISE THE DOCTOR I WAS CALLING TO BOOK MY VERY FIRST APPOINTMENT WOULD TREAT ME LIKE. i visited on Sunday for chest xray and it was easy and quick to get my stuff done within 15mints...

Came in 5 min before closing on a holiday evening with a badly infected finger. Reception let me know that they where closing but asked the Dr as I am diabetic. Regardless, the Dr decided to see me and treat me. If that did not take place. I sure would have ended up in emergency. I do not the Dr's name but thank you!! That said I have been with you guys since 1996 and I have only great things to say. On now to use my Techno wait service for the first time and saw this and decided to give you guys a review. Sorry did not do it sooner.
