Clinique Medicale Mercier

Went early morning to see if there was a doctor and I was refused and was told to call back early am to book myself in. I took a second day off work for exactly that and I was told there was no room for me. The receptionist was very rude I couldn't get my words in and she just hung up. When I called back she left me on hold never came back. Even tho ive been going to the same clinic for years. I don't recommend this place anymore after that kind of experience. The only good thing there are the doctors. But to see one I wish you very much luck with the receptionist.

I just made a call this morning, 221208, and the receptionist was sooo rude.. I Wonder why such a rude person who receives call from People who needs Doctor appointements is employéd there. Really rude woman

Dr was great absolutely lived him great with my 3 year old and myself but the secretary WOW no respect screamed at me so rude wanted to make a official complaint

This clinic is new for me as my Dr is there.. of whom I'm very happy with and with pleasure give his name.. Dr. Rene Seguin. I've read many reviews especially those that were encountering bad service whether it was with the receptionist or dr. I've witnessed neither. I've never been a receptionist anywhere but i imagine that it could be stressful encountering many different people with various issues. However it is necessary to be calm and understanding but we're all human and sometimes our emotions get the better of us.. employee or client. Be kind, always, as you never know what that person is going through. Julia

Phone call Appointment at 5:30 for a child who is in need! 7:40 and still no call! Been calling the clinic since 7:00 and no answer! I understand that this is a hard time for the medical system however my child's well-being is at risk!

Really bad service. The secretaries are disrespectful and refuse to communicate vital information to the doctors. Dr.Lavoie is always too busy and takes months to look over simple blood test results even though received after a week. Don’t go there!

Was told by family to call at 7:15 for emergency. From 7:10-7:21 i called with constant filled voicemail and no indication of being open. To see if this time was wrong i check their website where it clearly states to call for day-of emergency at 7:30. I await until then to be finally answered and told no 7:15, calls were being answered. I ask if there was no indication to hold or that they were taking emergency. Receptionist didnt know. Terrible service. Offered me maybe another appointment in a week. No thanks ill drive to ontario and get service by noon.

Been trying to get my son an appointment for past month but no one pick up phone? Ended up going to a paid walk-in clinic even when we have a FAMILY DOCTOR. The doctors themselves are excellent but I do not know what is up with this reception explains the bad reviews.

Refused to take a sick child who can't get an appointment anywhere because she has a fever covid protocol despite having a negative covid test result.

Everytime I call the phone's are occupied. And when it does answer your just greeted by a very rude receptionist, asked for an appointment and still no call backs two weeks later
