A few days ago I would have given this clinic a really good review because they have been my care provider for over five years. I really liked both Doctor's who worked here. Karen Liter who works here always was kind to me and I have never had a issue with them or anyone else there. However I went to there office just recently for a uncomfortable and concerning issue concerning regarding a lump on my chest. I was concerned it may be a cancerous type of growth. They asked me "what I was being seen for" and I said "I had a lump on my chest" and I would like to get a mammogram to one of the nurse assistants. While I was waiting in room number 1, I overheard several people in the office cracking jokes about how funny it was that a guy asked for a mammogram and the doctor and nurse assistant were also talking negatively about about my health concerns complaining that they were made up and not real and it's all in my head. It was unprofessional. A week later I spoke with my nurse practitioner who worked for the Doctor after leaving two voice mails complaining and she didn't even offer up a apology to me about the actions of the staff. Saddening. If your LGBT, I recommend going to Doctor John Dune in Grand Rapids, Michigan or through Spectrum Health.

Literally the only good thing about this place is they accept walk ins. Terribly rude staff who clearly dont care about the job or patients. No one ever smiled, they barked at you and glared constantly. Blatant bitchiness and sarcasm, if they could have sworn at me I'm sure they would have. Doctor was rough and explained nothing while doing my exam. All were very cold and judgmental, practically threw us out the door after we were done. Nurse made cruel jokes at my expense and was extremely unfriendly and standoffish. Do not go here!

This has been my Dr for over 7 years now. They're easy to work with, are very understanding about financial difficulties, very caring and compassionate. I have never had a bad experience with them. It's a walk-in clinic, but you're given priority if you have an appointment. I love the staff; very friendly and helpful. I always see the NP who works there. Very thorough, very patient, very kind.

I love this place! Super convenient and works around my schedule. I don't have to drive all the way to Reed City to get service, now I just buzz across town. Calling ahead helps as you can see how busy they are... If you don't need immediate service and can work around their schedule, it works great!

I took my wife here and later found that I would billed for lab tests that were not discussed with or requested by myself or my wife (for conditions she already knew she didn't have) and after being misdiagnosed I would not recommend this place to anyone.
