Central Michigan Emergency Physical

I can’t express enough how amazing this er is. Tonight I came in around 6:00 I think it was and the gentleman who is the doctor this night, please never get rid of him he is amazing !! Kimberly also who works there she was also amazing. Her talking to me took my mind off of the pain and nausea. I got some of the answers I needed and they were diligent and explained everything so well. I will drive the extra mile to go here and avoid Clare even for my children. Thanks again y’all

2 years ago very helpful, kind,caring and not as long of wait ,but now it is long wait, very long wait . Person at the desk signed us in fast . I don't know why the wait is so long to be seen by a physician now , for children to have to wait it is disheartening. For anyone to wait for emergency medical help really it's so sad. the waiting room lobby was not crowded or busy .No staff cleaned or disinfected the waiting room chairs ,door handle , no masks provided or offered. Wasn't asked if we had any symptoms or asked or checked for fever or if we had been in contact with anyone sick. When we finally were seen they did everything they should or could to help and treated us very well , the doctor made us feel informed and at ease and confident in their diagnoses , the problem was solved and treated right. it was clear and quick to check out when all done. All in all this hospital needs help and to be managed better. they were severely understaffed , however two days later another visit for a different family member went fast and they did check everyone for fever that time.

I was treated so kindly here. I was extremely sick. Went to the ER at 8am Saturday morning. We were the only people there at the time. Was seen right away. My nurse Brent was amazing. Super kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Definitely made me feel better knowing I have a team medial professionals who wanted to find out what was going wrong. I would recommend.

Called to ask an easy question, receptionist was very rude, no bedside manner.

Took my husband to E R he had a bad tooth ache. They gave him tylenol for pain and numbing meds. Also sent a prescription to Meijers for antibiotics. Got to Meijer the pharmacy wasn't open, they didn't tell us that. They need to open pharmacy up in McLaren Hospital for when other pharmacy aren't open. So my husband suffered all night. This hospital doesn't care.

Wait is crazy long to the point I seen people leaving to go to other e.r s. Love my doctor through mclaren tho !

So great and on point I was seen immediately and the doctors are so nice and make sure your ok I'm so happy with the service my girlfriend also came in and was treated fast and effectively

Never come here if you have things to do . You’re guaranteed to sit here for 1-3 hours BEFORE even being looked at .

Terrible service

Great service not a long wait time, my only issue is I don't know how to pay my bill without an account number. The automated system requires it and when I tried to talk to a live agent they asked if I had the account number. I said no and they hung up without another word.
