Went in with low back pain for about a month during summer vacation. My experience was excellent, 10/10! At reception they remembered my name and were very nice and friendly. My therapist (Kevin) was clearly an expert, and at the same time skilled at communicating, in terms I could understand, the physiology to me and the reasons behind the tests and exercises. As for the efficacy, we saw progress right away, and to this day my pain has noticeably diminished. Based on my experience, I recommend 100%.
