I've sent many packages and have never had any problems
Been here for 45 mins and the doors are still locked, they say they are open at 10 am but dont show up until 12, ridiculous.
Called to pick up a package was told to go back the next day because they were closed .... in 20 minutes, got there with ten minutes with spare.
Dishonest. Tried to charge me $2 to drop off a FedEx package with a prepaid shipping label and insisted this was how it works everywhere.
