PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services

Phoenix Rehabilitation is amazing! I had a severe ankle sprain where I was barely able to walk and Jennifer (as well as Amy on occasion) helped me get my range of motion back to normal. The staff is wonderful, helpful, informative, and always pleasant. The hours are also great especially for those that work until 4-5pm as they have later days you can schedule during the week. Overall I would highly recommend Phoenix for any PT needed, you won't regret it!

I have gone to Phoenix several times for different injuries. The staff has always been very accommodating, caring, professional, and personable. They are very knowledgeable in their field. The equipment is always in good working order. The pool is an amazing asset to the facility. It helps when you have problems with your back or legs. After being discharged from therapy, I continued my program by joining their Healthy Endings program which allows me to continue to use the pool and equipment to prevent future injury or re occurrence of my problems. They are all great people!!

I was there for therapy twice, once for my knee and the other for my hip. The staff is very professional and fun to work with. I was able to get back my everyday activities in a short time. I recommend this facility to everyone needing therapy.

Had therapy twice with Jennifer Murawski, and she is awesome. VERY professional. She will work you hard, but always with the great compassion. After a hip and knee replacement and two round of therapy, I am now 100% back on my feet thanks to Phoenix and Jennifer.
