Concentra Urgent Care

Is almost like they make you wait on purpose. Came here for a work injury because this is who we use. I was literally the first person there. #1 on the list. Arrived right after they opened the doors. I still waited 50 minutes before they took me to a room where I waited again. Now I'm here for a follow up appointment that was supposed to be 60 minutes ago and I'm still in the waiting room. The nurses and staff are very good and the nurse practitioner, Emily, who took care of me was amazing. But when it takes this much time to be treated there are other options that get you in and out much faster.

This place is a nightmare. Nurses are nice, but the waits are WAY too long. I only went here for a simple physical and drug test for a job application (that was paid by the company for Concentra). My boss called in ahead of time to assure of me for an appointment. The first time I went around noon, they told me a 2:30-3 hour wait. My time is worth more than that, couldn't wait around. Came in before they opened the next day (the line was still out the door) and still had to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor. Physical and drug test was quick - maybe 20 minutes. Seems like it's just all the homeless people go there for their fix for drugs.

I was a walk-in for an annual employment screening. The staff was professional, friendly and courteous. I had about a thirty minute wait to see the nurse. The nurse was also professional, friendly and courteous. I always choose Concentra for my annual screenings for work! I wish they offered days that they were opened later.

Clean, professional, and courteous. New job contract required a screen. Gave me my pass paper upon leaving. My employer was faxed the results. No complaints.

Staff was wouderful. I was in and out in less than 20 min. The lady was very playful with my son and kept him entertained while i was there for my drugscreen. Will recommend to my friends and coworkers. Every place should have smiling faces like that medical facilities staff!
