Thank you accepting me as a patient! The meet and greet with Dr Nzenwata was a very pleasant experience and he seemed truly happy in his career and to be accepting new patients! The office hours and fantastic and the entire staff seem upbeat and accommodating. Very nice to see them open up in Welland!
I have the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Donald Oboh who is and who has been the upmost professional when evaluating my health issues and recommending options to improve. He has gone the extra mile, something you normally don't see from a Family Doctor. I hadn't seen a Doctor in over 25 years but I'm pleased with my decision and satisfied with his care thus far. As well, I get all of my prescription medication from the in facility pharmacy and Peter the Pharmacist is fantastic as well.
Was looking for a local clinic and came across this office. The reception team was awesome , friendly and efficient. Dr. Emeka was just as pleasant, polite, thorough and professional.nHighly recommend, other than parking, which is a little congested but I did get parking just tight quarters.
I haven’t had a doctor in several years, and visiting Phoenix Medical Clinic in Welland was such a refreshing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. They were professional, kind, and efficient.nnDr. Nzenwata was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients, which is so rare these days.nnIf you’re looking for a doctor in the region, I highly recommend them. The whole team is wonderful, and I’m so glad I found them!
I had my first visit at the clinic, yesterday with Dr Emeka.nThe clinic is very clean, the staff are very friendly. I was seen immediately at my scheduled apt. The Dr listened to my concerns and ordered tests to address any concerns. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.nI also like that the medical office has sophisticated website, allowing you to communicate and book apts on line.nThe hours work well with my work schedule as well!
